The room was very dusty as if no one had been here for a while. The chair to sit in by the bed was very dirty. The toilet is crack under the bottom. The sink is stain badly.

The staff was very kind and helpful. We had a room with two queen beds and the room was very spacious. The air conditioner worked well. The bathroom was a little dated but it was clean. The towels could have been a little nicer. Although I felt that the bed was pretty comfortable, my wife thought that the mattress was a little too hard. The bed did squeak though when we moved around. The television was a standard 32 inch flat screen. There was a microwave, a refrigerator, and a coffee pot in the room. There was ample room for luggage and clothes. Although the breakfast choices were fairly limited, it was an adequate breakfast to start our day. There was sausage gravy and biscuits, sausage patties, several types of cereal, juices and coffee, there was a waffle maker although there was no spray. The breakfast area was very clean and decent size. Check in and check out we're very simple. Overall this was a nice day.

I enjoy staying here, I have stayed here several times. The only thing I would change is the Channels on the tv, or where you can at least mirror your phone to the tv to watch something else.

Had a difficult time understanding the check in person. Loose handle in bathroom. Worn out chair in room. Bathtub floor very slippery with no mat to ensure you didn’t fall. Television picture was very poor and not worth watching.

Viny was such a helpful person. I stayed 7 nights alone because my mom was hospitalized 3 hours from my home. I felt safe entering and leaving the hotel. They were constantly cleaning. The room was clean and well kept. Jackson is a large place, but i felt secure in my"home away from home". Every time i returned they asked about my mom. They felt like family in my time of need. I checked out because my mom passed. I will recommend that hotel to anybody needed a room.

We found the breakfast very good and the front porch was so inviting it almost felt like home. The room was very clean. The staff was very helpful and friendly. We will definitely make a return visit.

When I arrived I was a bit concerned due to the fact that the lodge is under construction however, once I entered into our room I found it to be very acceptable for the occasion. I am a Mississippi State certified fire investigator, fire inspector, fire instructor adjunct, retired fire chief retired fire coordinator, retired fire consultant and a 20-year retired combat veteran of the United States Marine Corps. I have stayed at this particular hotel several times this is by far the best condition I have ever witnessed. I checked fire extinguishers fire sprinklers and overall safety and I must admit for the price this is a four and a half star facility that I would strongly recommend at this time.

The room was clean, but the ac was off when I arrived and the time was hot. The ac did cool the room off no problem. They should at least keep it on at a higher temp.
