This was an average hotel with a very nice outdoor view of the water and grounds. There is a tiny beach area and a tiki bar lounge outside which is nice. The rooms are a bit outdated and there is quite a bit of dust which had our allergies going. The price is very steep per night in our opinion in comparison to other motels in the area. We would only return if we could find no other options but we are used to staying at 4 star hotels. The lady at the front desk was a bit stern and didn’t smile much but you could tell the place may be understaffed. The highlight of this place is the convenient location to all restaurants, snorkel places, bars, etc. We also enjoyed seeing the large amount of iguanas on the property in the grassy area. That was cool. The bathrooms are stocked with shampoo, conditioner, lotion but could use more Kleenex and toilet paper.

This property has a private beach with many chairs in a bay with a covered bar area staffed from 3 to 10. They had kayaks and paddle boards for rent by the hour. Loved the location and amenities.

At breakfast, Angie was very friendly and helpful - I asked her about some of the food choices and she offered to get me blueberries for my oatmeal (which were not out on the buffet!). I really enjoyed the healthy option that she provided. The Tiki Bar by the water was not open, and we were there within its operating times of 4-8, but we probably wouldn’t have used it anyway. Room and bath were nicely appointed, with an extra sink area across from the fridge and microwave. Beach was tiny, but kayaks were provided. Good overnight stay!

The hotel was better than expected. Our room was very quiet and super comfortable. The balcony was great, furnishings were stylish, and staff was super helpful. Ask about the Fish House across the street!

Nice warm pool and really pretty waterfront area. Don't expect a real beach (it's the Keys afterall), but the view of the sunset is perfect and you can grab a drink at the tiki bar while you watch it. We didn't catch a sight of any manatees, but it's apparently a popular area for sightings. We paid a reasonable price for it being spring break. Room was clean and comfortable, although we got a room with a view of the parking lot, so bad luck of the draw. No problem for a one-night stay.

This hotel is a fine mid-range hotel. The room was clean enough, but there was a lot of dust in the nooks and crannies. Breakfast was very nice and had plenty of choices to start your day.

Enjoyed our stay. Has private pool and small beach access. Free breakfast. Staff were great. Close to grocery store, restaurants, and shopping. Has a pool side view and a parking lot view. Parking lot view has a nice natural privacy border of palms and other tropical plants so your balcony has some privacy.

Unprofessional front desk staff at check-in. We were 3 and given a room for 2. We had to set up the sofa bed ourselves. The room was spacious with a garden view but the toilet got blocked. Good self service breakfast with very helpful staff. Overall good for one night stop.

We thought breakfast options were very good. Lighting in room was a bit dim. Hotel grounds are fantastic. We saw manatees, iguanas, American crocodile and countless birds.

I love this hotel! Second time staying here. We saw manatees in the bay. Rented kayaks right from the hotel. The room is clean and spacious. The grounds are beautiful and well up kept. The free breakfast is the best continental breakfast I’ve had at any hotel. It has a tiki bar and beach. Very clean hotel.

When we arrived at the property, we walked in the door and immediately smelled overwhelming air freshener that was hard to breathe. I took two pictures of the rust that was at the base of the shower and at the base of the fridge that was leaking. The floor was soaking wet when we came in and we tracked it through the bathroom and into the bedroom area where it was running into. The air conditioner was so loud that it woke you up, “Every time”it turned off and on, the sliding door had a little lock on it that felt very unsafe and then in the morning when we woke at 6:30 AM to pounding and banging at the centre of the building, where everybody was leaving for breakfast The 500CA $ that we paid was the last and will never share your hotel to anyone! Disgrace to tourism.

We were not able to adjust the thermostat in the room - it was either freezing or stuffy. The water pressure in both the sink and shower was so low it was very inconvenient to wash properly. There were not enough towel racks to accommodate even 2 towels in the bathroom. The microwave did not work properly. We did like the small beach on the property.
