The room was very dirty. Shower was gross, the wall behind the toilet looked like it’s never been cleaned before, dried urine on the wall, the floor was sticky, outside of microwave was dirty, mini fridge door was sticky, dust and dirt everywhere.

Front staff was friendly but room was filthy hair and urine on the toilet, floors filthy. We slept in our clothes and left without even taking a shower because there was hair on the towels. Property is way past its prime and there are plenty of other options in Florence. Don’t say I didn’t warn you.

Dated, water dripping in the shower, sofa needs to be cleaned. Will probably not stay here again. The front desk person was very nice and pointed us to late night dining options because we checked in at 10:00 pm.

Meh for a night, bed sheets weren't so clean, they smelled. Bathroom was ok, sink was clogging. Breakfast was being cleaned up by 9am. No bread left or other food to ear, only coffee

rooms were not ready when we arrived after check in hours. first room toilet was blocked so we had to go down and change rooms. around 9pm people above our room arrived and could hear luggages and people moving around very noisily. children were running around till past10:30 pm and i had to call frontdesk on my cell as house phone was dead. after 10 mins or so the noise died down. it was convenient and had dining options around. there was no body lotion even in the room. anyway it was okay just to sleep in for a night.

The staff was great. I was in late so I didn't see if there was a good place to walk the dog in back. Ended up with the grass by the sign which worked perfectly fine. I appreciated the no muss no fuss of bringing my Dachshund and getting settled.

The room was fine, but the common areas were not overly clean. Also they must allow dogs as there were several large dogs in the breakfast area and one of them was barking loudly. I can only imagine if you are allergic to dog dander that it must be in the rooms where the dogs have stayed. We will not stay in a La Quinta again if this is their policy.

Overall, the place is just a bit shabby and run down. The carpet in the hallways looked like it hadn't been vacuumed in weeks. The furniture was chipped. Much of the room was dusty, or only partially cleaned. Dirt and hair in corners, that kind of stuff. The sheets and pillow cases were all crumpled up. I think they were clean, but it's hard to be sure when they look like that. There was a bright light shining into our room - but the curtains can't be moved to block it out. The room was a connecting room (which we had not booked) and sound traveled a lot. Our neighbor was watching something all night long with a lot of foul language, it blared through the walls. A lot of other travelers had dogs, which barked and carried on outside. The pool was closed. The breakfast was okay!

Hotel was average. Room was a little dark. No one at the counter at check-in or departure but they came from behind the wall very quickly to acknowledge me. It was pouring rain and we were exhausted, so it may have taken something extraordinary to make my stay above average.

The stay is nice for the price; however, cleanliness really needs to be focused on. Our room had mold on the ceiling near the sprinklers, sheets were stained, bathroom had loose hair, grout was kinda dirty and gunk in the sink. Staff was very friendly and breakfast was decent.
