If you’re looking for a 5-star hotel, this isn’t the place, but if like me, you just want somewhere comfortable and clean to sleep and freshen up, you won’t find any better for the price. Can’t complain about anything really.

i’ve stayed at close to 100 hotels in all my travels and this is by far the worst hotel i’ve ever been to. I honestly wanted our vacation to just be over early so we could get out of this hotel. We booked a larger room that said it included 3 bed, we got 1. They refused to move us to a larger room despite that being what we booked. The hotel is dirty, the room is tiny and broken down, and the staff is extremely rude. A cleaner broke one of the glass tables in our while cleaning and the hotel manager insisted that we pay €50 for it. I tried to argue that we shouldn’t have to pay for what their employee broke but they forced us to pay and were extremely hostile from that point on. We requested no more room cleaning for the rest of our stay since we no longer trusted them in our room and they still came into our room 3 times. The person cleaning the rooms was also restocking the breakfast bar in between cleaning rooms and the lobby but i didn’t see her wash her hands or put on gloves once. There was also gnats all over the food so we chose not to eat there. Save yourself and stay far away from this hotel.
