Dear customer, I am sorry you were not satisfied with your stay. The room you booked has a description as "small double room" so the size is small compared to other rooms. We also have very large rooms, maybe you should have booked those. The single bed is a standard size 90x190cm, it is not smaller than a usual single bed.Greetings,

Thank you for your review and I am sorry to hear your disappointment. However, I must make some clarifications.The photos of the room are absolutely NOT old but are very true. Perhaps you are referring to the photo of the bathroom!2 months ago we completely renovated the bathroom, the shower was enlarged and the bidet, which was not used, was removed. The photos of the bathroom are indeed not true but I must say that we have made an improvement, it is now much better!Yesterday afternoon the mattress was replaced.Regarding the view, the Duomo is only 30 metres from us, you have to turn your head slightly to the left but to say that you don't have a view is really ridiculous!!!Thank you for pointing out that there was dust on the skirting board (behind the bed) All the rooms therefore received extra cleaning with sanitisation (as was done during the Covid period).

I'm very sorry that you weren't well. Unfortunately, the fact that you booked a room with 2 single beds instead of a double bed is not up to us, just as you didn't read that we don't have an elevator.

Dear Luis,you were here at my B&B for several days and you always told me that everything was fine, that everything was good and beautiful. Your score is 6 out of 10, it doesn't seem to me that you were very satisfied. You could have told me what was wrong and I could have changed it. I'm very sorry I couldn't satisfy you.
