The staff at Baglioni Regina was excellent! It was my bf’s birthday and they upgraded our room and even brought us champagne and cookies. We landed at 7am in Italy and even got to check in before noon. The hotel itself is very clean and next to a lot of restaurants!

Viminale is a classic hotel with history. It has been updated but still has character. The room was very clean, the bathroom sparkled. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast spread and room were excellent. It is well located within easy walking distance to transportation, the Piazza Republica and the train terminal. I highly recommend it if you are looking beyond the cookie cutter chain hotels.

An employee was smoking near our room and it was not pleasant to walk out of our room to the smoky hallway.(door propped open)

We had the suite and the room was absolutely gorgeous! The Wi-Fi barely worked at all which was a little frustrating since we traveled from America and didn’t have cell service, but it was fine. The website also states it has laundry facilities, which is misleading because it does not nor so they actually provide laundry service. They outsource dry-cleaning but don’t advertise that in the fine print. It hard to get around in the area and the public transportation were all on strike so prepare extra money for Ubers and taxis because they are not cheap. But there are a lot of restarting in the area and a nice grocery store near by! However no microwave in the room.

"Convenient from any terminal u fly into as it takes about 10 mins to walk from your to HH. Property is tired and run down. Wifi and 4G/5G reception are bad and sporadic - amazing considering it is located in airport! Expensive for such a hotel which is at best 3 stars. Reception gave me an handicap ..."
