terrible... run away from it

out of 3 rooms we were presented, 2 were not cleaned when we checked in approximately 9pm. Additionally, it advertised restaurant, but that was not true, when we arrived, we were directed to neighbor restaurants in a neighborhood with vary little alternatives; same applied to breakfast. in a nutshell, does not deliver the promise

Avoid generic airport hotel and enjoy Fiumicino

I stayed here two years ago and liked it, so booked it again. The location is great because it is a quick ride to the airport (an early morning taxi took 8 minutes.) Fiumicino is a cute town on the water and for me it is a much nicer way to end a trip than staying at a generic airport hotel. Compared to two years ago, the hotel seemed a little shabby; the carpet on the stairs/hallway was worn, as was the floor in the room. But everything was clean and comfortable otherwise except the water in the shower wasn't as hot as we'd like. Very helpful and friendly staff make it a pleasant spot. The hotel restaurant was closed during this visit but they recommended a great place just a short walk away and that turned out just fine. I'll stay here again.

We were the only people in hotel, front desk left as soon as we checked in. Room was clean and hotel convenient located- easy access to airport, had a great pizza at local restaurant with lovely Enoteca next to hotel.

空港近くの小さなホテルです。スタッフも親切で過ごしやすかったのですが、エレベーターがなく、スーツケースを自分で部屋まで運ぶのが大変でした。 一階にあるレストランはミシュラン１つ星で本当に美味しいのでおすすめです。

Overall a pleasant experience. The main floor was beautiful, especially the dining area. The actual hotel room was fine. The staff was very kind and helpful. Breakfast was included, but we didn't expect it to be, so that was a pleasant surprise. We were only staying one night and then flying out the next morning. When we checked in, they asked if we would need a taxi for the airport and offered to schedule one for us. So that was something we didn't to take care of. The hotel room was quiet at night. It's about 5 minutes from the airport. There is a $6 airport shuttle and they send instructions when you book. I would stay there again.

la camera da letto n.20, era sporca, tra le lenzuola c’erano capelli...almeno spero, quando ho chiesto di cambiarle, il personale si è scocciato e sono stati lenti. Una volta cambiate, le nuove avevano macchie di muffa e un pelo...nel bagno la tavoletta del water nn era sigillata, era rotta e sporca. Veramente deludente, anche il servizio. Prima e ultima volta. .

El peor hotel de mi vida

El peor hotel en el que me he quedado. No tenía internet, se fue La Luz en la noche con un clima de casi 40 gracias y se apagó el aire acondicionado, en la recepción te atienden cuando ellos quieren (ojalá no llegues a la hora de la comida porque aunque te vean esperando no te atenderán), y lo peor de todo fue que pedí un taxi temprano porque tenía que llegar al aeropuerto. Me aseguraron que el taxi llegaría aunque a esa hora no habría nadie en la recepción. Que no me preocupara. No pidieron el taxi y perdí el vuelo ya que no llegue a Tiempo y tuve que buscar un taxi a las 4 am. ¡Evita quedarte ahí!

Entrance isn't super well marked and made for a bit of a confusing entrance. We seemed to be putting the front desk person out during check-in, but later an older gentleman was behind the desk and he was a delight. A few decent food options around, but not much else. Good place for a quick night before or after a flight.

Showed up to no functional air conditioning. Staff was clearly hoping we'd accept this, said no. They found us another room in a hotel in town...supposedly higher rating cost an extra 10 euros. That room the air conditioning didn't work for crap either. I've been staying at Al Porticcolo for 20 years (since it was Hotel Triano)...the service has gone to hell in past few years as the old guy who manned the hotel is gone and the rest of the staff is more interested in running a restaurant than a hotel. It's sad....but I won't be going back there again (I generally spend at least 2 nights a year there connecting through FCO)

Great place for a short stay

Need a hotel between the cruise and airport. This one was perfect. Good location. Large comfortable rooms, A/C that works! Walking distance to several restaurants of all price ranges. Quaint river side working town. Staff and people in town were friendly and outgoing ensuring you found what you needed. 4km to Fiumincino airport. Shuttle or will arrange taxi for you. Not a lot of nearby shopping we could find, therefore the 4 in location.

La camera era dotata di balcone con vista sul porticciolo che si vedeva solo in parte, purtroppo di fronte cè un capannone di rimessaggio che impedisce la vista completa. Nel complesso buono cmq, peccato che nella mia camera ci fosse odore di muffa... Però lo CHEF del ristorante annesso è Gianfranco Pascucci!!!! ECCEZZIONALE!!!!

Comfortable and clean. Friendly staff. Near a fishing jetty and some shops so can eat nearby. However I stayed only about 12 hours to catch flight home the next day as the place is near Flumicino airport.
