"My family and I we're looking forward to staying at this hotel which was nice however, the staff were not as helpful as they could have been:
- there was a mix up with the dates and they refused to accountability for this
- they were unfriendly in how they handled the situation
- unaccomodating and inflexible so don't expect any treatment than a standard hotel.
I've been to hotels all over the world where they go out of their way to make the guest feel welcome and cared not, not here unfortunately."
