A quaint older inn. Nice atmosphere. Rooms are simple but clean. Restaurant had small menu but tasty. The bar had a cozy feel. I highly recommend this property if you are looking for something other than a typical chain hotel.

We were in Fayetteville for my wife to have out patient surgery. The staff was accommodating about finding driving directions. It was convenient to have meals on location. An unexpected pleasure was sitting on the porch in a rocker listening to a Razorback baseball game.

Location is with sorority and frat housing. It is a extremely busy location. However the Inn itself is worth the experience.

I do not recommend third floor if you are tall. Be prepared to sleep with the lights on if you want to place your phone on the nightstand to charge. The wiring in my room was the kind that the light switch has to be on for the room to have electricity. The plugs do not work unless the light switch is on. So, if you want the plug by the bed to work, the lights have to be turned on. Oh, and the bar closes at least an hour earlier than the hours indicated.

Great hotel, but the beds are the worst
I really wish I could give this hotel 5 stars. I think with a little bit of updating and servicing a few items, the hotel would be top notch. The staff was friendly, the hotel was safe and clean, and the historic part made it even more special. But the mattress was one of the most uncomfortable things I have slept on since I last had to sleep on the ground. I wouldn't be surprised to hear that those beds are 30 years old. I can deal with a few of the other issues, but when I wake up mad and hurting because the mattress was so hard, it ruins the stay. It would not cost much to upgrade the beds and do a service check on pipes, drains, etc. I personally think your guest would notice a big difference. Sadly, I will not be staying there again unless the beds are replaced. I have a chiropractor appointment Tuesday to realign my back.

I've had nice stays here before but this stay I encountered a shower that didn't drain well which meant a lot of standing water and a bed with a broken frame.
