My husband and I stayed here on our way to Orlando and loved it! The room was clean and very nice! I was impressed! We have never stayed in a Holiday Inn Express before. The bed and pillows were the best! The most comfortable we have ever experienced in a hotel before! We also liked how it was decorated. We will be staying here again!

“Renovation”

The hotel was undergoing renovation while we were there. Workmen arrived early in the morning and were replacing furniture in other rooms on our hall while we were trying to leave. While courteous to us...we felt rushed to get out of their way. Considering all that was going on, the hotel was in very good shape. However...the items on the buffet were NOT hot enough. I don't think that anyone was checking to make sure that the items on the buffet were kept at a safe holding temperature.

“Great hotel in not so great neighborhood”

Wonderful, clean hotel with good service. But, neighborhod around the hotel left a lot to be desired. Abandoned seed factory next door, no high quality sit down restaurants, or chain drugstores, etc. Once you're in the hotel, thankfully they have an extensive ,serve yourself ,buffet style breakfast. After that, you're on your own for lunch and dinner. Only a Wendy's, Burger King, Taco Bell, Popeye's Fried Chicken,or Cracker Barrel to choose from in the immediate area.
