Overall, my stay was not bad. I appreciated the simple breakfast that was provided, and the air conditioning worked well, which made my stay more comfortable. However, I was disappointed with the cleanliness and housekeeping service. The toilet paper ran out, and although I asked for assistance, the issue was not resolved promptly. I also requested room service/housekeeping for my room, but the service I needed was not completed. While there were some positive aspects to my stay, I believe there is room for improvement in cleanliness and customer service.

The family that owns it is very nice and it has been nicely updated. My only complaint was a comically small TV but it wasn’t a problem. Great pool and hot tub, decent breakfast, good place to stay if on business.

The staff was friendly, but the hotel, rooms, and grounds needed upkeep and updates. I did not get the included breakfast. I did have a dog with me and had a room on the ground floor that I assume was regularly used for those with dogs. The chair cushion was visibly stained, the grout in the shower needed to be cleaned/replaced. The hotel is in a quiet area, but convenient to Hwy 35. I would not stay again, unless it’s remodeled/revived.

I've stayed at this hotel before but won't do so again. The shower was not working right (there was water but the attachment for the handheld showerhead was broken), the fridge started making so much noise in the middle of the night that I had to unplug it, and the breakfast was pretty sad (no eggs even) including coffee cups and lids that were mismatched so you risked spilling your coffee. In fairness the price was great and the hotel was perfectly clean and quiet.
