I'm sorry you found ants in your room, although we do our best to be free of them, unfortunately, they are a part of island life and knowing this, we leave a can of bug spray in each room just in case. We were unaware that the toilet wasn't flushing well. If you had let us know we certainly would have fixed it, or moved you to another room. With the resort being closed for the 2 1/2 years of covid, we know there are some things that are due for an upgrade, and we are planning to put air-conditioning into all our bungalows. We're glad you enjoyed the property and the restaurant and that overall you had an enjoyable stay - thank you for choosing Savaii Lagoon Resort. We hope to welcome you back in the future.

Hello Amanda, Thank you for your comments. In reply, we do not have air con and we do not state that we have aircon. We have only ceiling and floor fans. To be sustainable, towels are not changed every day . They are changed every two days. Sheets are changed after the third night. The compendium in each room explains this and also says that if you wish a change of towels at any time to please inform the office. We are sorry that you were disappointed. We do explain our system and we do our best to ensure that our guests are comfortable. if you had made your dissatisfaction known to the office, it would have been immediately rectified. We cannot rectify if we are not informed.

Thank you for your review. Due to our efforts to be sustainable, we do not offer air-conditioning. Guests who book with us do so because hey do not like air conditioning as it is considered to be unhealthy, breathing in the same air overnight. We do offer some cooking facilities, like an electric frypan and microwave which is more than offered by the majority of resorts. We are disappointed that you did not mention any of our positives for example filtered and U.V. drinking water from the taps making it safe to drink.
