The property is beautiful and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Every room was different as we had 12 rooms for all our family that stayed. Loved the patio area. Would recommend this hotel anytime.

The Hotel is located in an area with easy access to shopping malls, main roads in the city and areas with very good restaurants. Staff is willing to help and ensure the stay is great. Also, the decoration and overall maintenance of the property is excellent. It is truly a great place to stay within the city.

Front desk staff was horrible! She had someone check the room before she let me check out, which is understandable. I waited a while then she got a message on her walkie talkie indicating the room was perfectly fine and everything in order. But I was backing up my car to leave the same reception staff came running to stop me! She wanted to know if I took one of the towels in the room! HOW INSULTING! I said — "Excuse me why would I want to take your old, stained towels?" I did not even use your hotel towels! I always travel with my own towel! How insulting! Moreover, you sent your housekeeper to check the room BEFORE you let me check out. You then said everything was in order. Now you are accusing me of taking one of your old, stained towels? DO I LOOK LIKE I NEED AN OLD UGLY HOTEL TOWEL?" I guess they treat certain guests in this hotel like thieves! Never EVER staying at this hotel ever AGAIN!
