Beautiful gardens and facilities. Staff very friendly and helpful. The Decore of the whole area including rooms were beautifully presented. Well organised and plenty of facilities and supplies in dinning / kitchen area. Highly recommended.
This place was a little different, the comunal kitchen was really great as it gave us a chance to meet and talk to the other guests and share theirs and our experiences from our travels. We loved it, it was a great place to stay and it was close to everything Exmouth had to offer.
We stayed three nights and couldn't be happier. The room was smallish but clean and thoughtfully equipped. The communal kitchen was one of the best we've seen with everything you need on hand and more. The garden area was a delight and we enjoyed a drink and.meal each night in the thoughtfully laid out and peaceful surrounds. If we're ever back in Exmouth this is where we will be staying. Throughly recommend.
So lucky to have found this lodge to stay in in peak season. What a suprise. Close to shopping, restaurants. Clean, quiet & great facilities, amazing large kitchen with everything you needed, different eclectic areas to relax in, bird life, leafy oasis, parking, friendly staff & a comfy bed & pillows after a day of whale shark swimming.
Great 'guest house' environment fab self catering large kitchen even spices provided! Laundry with pegs! Lounge area, peaceful pool setting and very comfortable room, bed ensuite!
Close to Exmouth for food shopping, beaut cafes; I did not have a vehicle!
Nice place to stay in remote Exmouth- a bit pricey but so is everything in that area.
Note to travellers - only Telstra mobile works in the Gulf! Get a SIM before you go there.
Best value and added touches of any property we’ve stayed at on our trip around Australia. Best kitchen and dining facilities. Quiet and cool shaded pool, bbq and outdoor dining. Wonderful
Loved the Ningaloo Lodge! Very nice little hotel right in the heart of Exmouth, just a 7-minute walk to the main shopping area. The Lodge has a lovely patio and small pool in a courtyard in the center, and the rooms are nice and clean. There was a tiny gecko hanging out in my room, but I didn't mind, lol--he kept to himself and probably ate any bugs that managed to get in. The air conditioning unit also worked quite efficiently, which was important given how humid it was when I was there.
Check-in was a bit unusual because the front office was closed when I arrived, but a sign directed guests to their rooms (listed with surnames) with the keys int he doors, so it all worked out. And they had a number to call listed if you needed assistance.
The shared kitchen area was also very clean and useful--I had my breakfast in there each morning.
Overall, I definitely recommend the Ningaloo Lodge!
A nice place to stay. It is basic and rooms are compact, but clean and tidy, and well appointed. On the older side, but well maintained. Would stay there again. Very central and wonderful staff.
The staff was friendly and helpful. I loved the full kitchen stocked with coffee, tea, milk, and many other staples and condiments. The pool was nice too. The only downside was that my room and the hall outside has a funny smell. Turning on the AC and the bathroom fan kept the room smelling good when I was in it, but it was a little off-putting. Nevertheless, I would stay there again. I really enjoyed my stay.
Very small rooms with no space for bags a bit like a prison cell for solirary confinement. Noisy AC kept us awake all night.
No kettle in room.
Cockroach and ants in bathroom.
Absolutely loved this place from the welcome arrival and being shown the facilities by Darren. Once out of your room, the shared faclities are second to none with everything you could need from fridges to store provisions rather than use room fridge, to the laundrette, games room, lounge and especially the courtyard with tables and chairs to relax and eat food straight off the bbqs by the pool entrance. We ended up chilling out and sitting here till 10pm, it was so relaxing. Plenty to see and do from here highly recommend a trip to Turquoise bay, stoping at other beaches and information centre.
A very beautiful setting with fabulous facilities. Rooms, while small, were very comfortable and quiet. I would recommend Ningalòo Lodge most highly. I would like to have stayed longer.
I cancelled 3 room for 6 nights 22 .08.2022 - 28.08.2022
on 22.08.2022
I didn't get any respond at all.
I went there 23.08.2022 in the morning. The lady at the reception said she can't do anything, I have to contact the Expedia ( I booked via Expedia )
I rang Expedia, they said they can't do anything, only Ningaloo Lodge can give me refund.
I sent cancellation request for them as well 22.08.2022
I am very dissapointed , I want my $ 3060 back.

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service
This no frills property was clean and had a big communal kitchen for everyone to use. It had everything you need to cook a meal, just bring your food. It also had a laudromat which was very handy. The room was clean and basic with double bed and fridge. The property is a bit outdated. The pool area was lovely, nice and quiet to relax and have a drink after a busy day of exploring. It felt homely and is close to all amenities.
Just a room, very small. No Tea/coffee facilities in room, but Community Kitchen had everything you needed if you could be bothered going there.
Wouldn't stay again.
We were happy with the kitchen facilities, the outside area including the pool and the lounge.
We were not happy with the room which was very small and very noisy due to thin walls. We were able to hear the neighbours using their toilet and shower. When the light was put on in the bathroom the fan was exceptionally noisy.
Close to town. Friendly staff. Great kitchen/dining, and TV rooms. Lovely little garden. But! The rooms are clean and comfortable but very very small. The walls are paper thin. Too pricey for a 2/3 star but that just reflects Exmouth prices generally.
