“Very good”

I have stayed at this particular hotel twice,and both times the rooms and hotel were very clean. The staff was friendly and professional.

All in all a good experience. We have stayed at this hotel multiple times. Staff is friendly. Rooms are clean and quiet. The rooms are large and spacious. Our family comes to visit us there so we need room to spread out and visit.

“Absolutely the best in the area”

I've stayed in two other hotels in the Arcata area and this is absolutely the best the area has to offer. The building and room was clean and safe, the bed was the most comfortable hotel bed I've ever slept in. The free breakfast was wonderful, with so many choices. I love waffles! I will always book this hotel for my future trips to Arcada.

“Impressed in Arcata”

This is a very nice hotel with an exceptional gym... seriously, finding a nice gym in any hotel is like finding an extra $20 in an old jacket, but more rare! Highly recommend the hotel and staff.

“Great stay!”

Room was clean, spacious, and had all the necessary amenities. Aside from a few spots missed around the bathroom floor, everything was perfect. Staff was great also, and we had no problem finding parking within view of our room. Definitely worth the extra money to not have to worry about idle persons hanging around or wandering around.

“Very good overall.”

There was only one elevator to the second floor. There was no service elevator. It was crowded and slow at times.

“Beautiful Accomodations”

The accomodations were beautiful. The hotel apparently just opened. It was clean, beautiful, easy to find and extremely comfortable. The free WiFi was great. The only down was the TV - it could not be heard very clearly. It seemed to have a preset volume control which made it difficult to hear unless you were sitting right in front of it. The room was huge. We had a room on the ground floor and the door to the parking lot was very close. The whole building is secured. I will be staying there again.

“Great choice”

We had great service at this hotel. On check-in we arrived late and were looking for a place to have a seafood dinner. The desk recommended a nice place on the ocean, telephoned the restaurant to make sure they would be open, and gave us mapquest directions. We had a wonderful stay, with excellent quality continental breakfasts in the morning with wonderful danishes and healthy options as well. The hot tub was great with powerful jets. I was very pleased indeed.

“Great hotel and clean”

I really like this hotel - it was very clean and the breakfast was good too. The only thing I would have like to see to have a small refrigerator in the room.
