I was very put off there was no Jacuzzi Tub working , swimming pool with no water. Somebody should told customer that there was no on the website. Communication was very poor.

The virtual front desk person was a bit annoying but I get it. The parking was a bit tight and the coffee maker was bogus. Other than that we enjoyed our stay, we stayed in the two bedroom suite and it was very roomy and clean :)

The hotel is near the waterfront which is convenient for walking. The staff were very nice and helpful. Room service also was done well when requested.

The property needs repairs. The paint in the room was dirty, walls have holes , under the bed was pretty dirty. I ended up leaving a day early.

The rooms were clean and had everything that one could need for a 2 night stay. The receptionist who checked us in was extremely polite and hospitable. Overall great ambience, conveniently located and we had a wonderful stay.
