"We really liked this hotel. All of their staff were amazing, especially the front desk & breakfast staff. The breakfast was a real English breakfast with great choices. The location is wonderful. Only blocks from Hyde Park & Paddington station. "

"Stayed here as crew for a conference event so we were onsite. Hotel's system was down so we had to be manually checked in but everything else was spot on. Spacious room, great breakfast, lovely service, good location."

"Lovely reception area and staff was very nice and helpful. Room was dated but we had a very comfortable stay and didn't mind for the price paid. Large quadruple room with 2 twin beds in an upstairs loft. Clean bathroom. The location was perfect for us. Took the tube direct from Heathrow to Gloucester Rd station. Short 5 min walk to hotel from station. Gloucester Rd station had direct tube lines to the main sights so very convenient. Would definitely stay here again."

"Everything is excellent "

"We had a wonderful stay and the lady at reception was super sweet and gave us directions on how to get to the sights. She also printed out a bus timetable so we would know what bus to take back to the airport since times are different on the weekends. The rooms were nice and clean. We will stay there again when we come back. "

"I had a single room the night before the marathon - it was small and had everything i needed thank you. It was very clean, the staff were marvellous and helpful. Breakfast was very good too."
