    "The property was very old. The front door of the hotel doesn’t work. We have to go through the side door. Our room’ carpet. It’s very dirty.. My kid took a bath in the bathtub, but when the water filled it up the bathtub, there are bugs floating up and there are hairs came out of the drain. Room service doesn’t start until 7 am which is different from all the five star hotels we used to stay in with 24 hours from service. For the price, they’re charging me 8k for 5 nights for a deluxe trip..."

    "The hotel is boutique and can be a bit cramped with a very small reception desk, close to the elevators, it quickly fills with tired travelers and luggage waiting to be checked in. You can move to the open dining space 3 floors up where you can wait with no water or service. The room was spacious and free snacks in the mini fridge did improve the mood.
