"The immersive experience of this hotel alone made it worth it. But the staff make this hotel! The convenient location to the park is a huge plus also. The food is what lets this hotel down, overpriced and poor quality."

"Long line for registration. Staff very unfriendly they don’t even speak English. Hair on our bed which means sheets were not changed. Had to wait 20 minutes for someone to come by. Once they did this Dr sweet time to change the sheets while my young children were ready for bed at 9:30 PM, not a very good experience."
"Do not stay here! The pictures are deceiving. The rooms smelled like mold and wet dog. Our family checked out within hours of checking in. The worst part is the Director “Grant” kept dodging communication from Expedia for a refund after I was guaranteed one at the front desk when leaving. I still have yet to receive a refund for the hotel fees paid in person. All around awful experience and not worth the energy."
