"This is more a shelter rather than a hotel. No customer service, no reception, no fridge in the rooms, no kettle, no coffee, no tea, just two pillows, a place to sleep and leave very basic service better to go to the nearby city Aachen for better hotels."

"I booked this hotel because it had a restaurant. During my 4 day stay there was a coach trip in the hotel and this took over the restaurant with a buffet for the coach trip. There was no restaurant menu for the other guests and this was very disappointing."
