Even with some help from Reception to try and order a supper from town, I failed to master the technology on my iPad! I was advised to wait and I would hear that delivery was on its way. After a very long time waiting in Reception, staff took pity on me and made a few phone calls on my behalf. It turned out that my order hadn’t gone through! By now it was late evening and I was very hungry. One of the Reception staff disappeared and came back with 2 croissants and butter, which went down very nicely with a cup of coffee in my room!
I was very grateful.
