Nice location for a stay in Enna
Fabio was extremely helpful to us. He answered all our questions and went above his service by calling our next B and B to make arrangements for our next destination. Homemade treats by his mother, and super location on the town square. There was even a lift for luggage and one person. The only negative was no WiFi in our room. We simply went downstairs to the lobby and we were able to “connect.” It is a 200 year old building with lots of history. I highly recommend this lovely, interesting B and B.

Busy central street, quiet hotel
Apart from the nearby bells that chimed 143 a couple of times (not late at night), this was a surprisingly quiet stay in a room with two balconies on a sometimes-busy narrow street. Service was very friendly, including getting us and car to the (included) carpark and back on the free city shuttle. Breakfast in the interesting cave-like ground floor was good. Pity the cloudy weather made a castle visit pointless but the view across the nearby belvedere as the clouds rolled in was great.

Excellent Host - Clean Room - Good Breakfast
Room (#1) facing noisy street traffic but clean. Parking is not on site - it is a distance away in a free public parking zone. Wi-fi quality was okay. Breakfast is very good - a lot of choices except eggs. Fabrizio, the owner, is very kind and friendly - his English language not good but wemanaged to communicate. Duomo di Enna, (free admission) the Lombardy Castle (free admission) and the Tower of Federico, within walking distance. Restaurants are very close and a small pizza shop at the corner of the B&B by St. Francis Church and Via Roma - the axis of the town.

Wonderful staff and charming restored 200yr old building. Common areas benefit from the restoration but the room and bath are small. Certainly a good value though.

a memorable stay!
This family-run B&B hotel is centrally located in Enna, an ancient fort city built on top of a hill. It has been tastefully renovated with the barn cellar and several original features like the fireplace and an 'ice box' kept. The service is attentive and friendly and we totally enjoyed the 5 nights stay!

Beautifully decorated and centrally located hotel.
Dario was extremely helpful with printing our boarding pass and called our next night hotel. He went way beyond the call of duty. The hotel is extremely quain't and very centrally located.

JUNKY old place
Kept my passport for 2hrs at check in and had to ask back for Irvin and told me that they had to resort it to police. I have never had this problem while traveling .didnt give me a map for the city or any help with sightseeing. No remote to operate the heater on the wall and very cold room. The room size was 7'x15' and very small with a tiny bed. I don't recommend staying here and many other places to stay. There was no elevator to 1st floor and dark stairs with only a light at my entry Door.it was old and didn't close properly and only had a latch on the inside to close it at night and I didn't feel safe.

Nobody in the staff speaks English!
We book the B&B a month in advanced, we had to change our plans and wanted to cancel the reservation (3 weeks before the date we booked) but nobody spoke English and they weren't very helpful at all, so we couldn't cancel the reservation because the staff is too lazy and greedy.

Nice little town hotel.
Great little hotel. Central location - which makes parking a bit diffucult. Only minus was the check out. We had to stand waiting for 30 minutes to check out (on time) because the manager was not there. And we had to pay cash.

Excellent Service
Everything was great! Very nice people operate the B & B Proserpina. They also own the very good and nearby Hotel Bristol. So they know how to provide for their guests. Very close to both is an excellent restaurant called Restorante Centro, where I had dinner twice.

cosy charm hotel
The hotel was charming and sweet. The rooms rustic, cosy and sweet. Ample tea / coffee. little table. good location. Breakfast was continental but absolutely amazing and tasty. The lift that people already made comments about is small but it's cute! The staff are helpful and friendly. parking on street can be a pain but well worth the stay.

We had an overnight stay in Enna and this B&B was perfect for us. The room was clean and well-equipped, the breakfast had lots of options (mainly sweet) and it was located close to the duomo and old town area. WiFi worked well in our room. Staff were friendly and attentive. Would definitely recommend this B&B for fellow travellers as an excellent budget option.

Good location and breakfast
The B&B's location is great and you can easily walk everywhere in Enna. The room was fine, WIFI worked, and breakfast was good. It advertised Free Parking. However, "Free Parking" means that when you arrive they tell you where there is available street parking. This seems to be the standard in Sicily. Also, one of the two roads up to Enna (its on a hilltop) was closed. When we called to tell them we were on the way, they didn't bother to mention this to us.

Town centre location
Good location for exploring the town and the lovely surrounding countryside. Good for Villa Romana del Casale too. Very helpful staff (family members) and a good breakfast. A characterful B&B, good sized room. Only problem was paying - they needed cash as their bank machine was not working. Very inconvenient but they knocked off 5 euros to cover the cash withdrawal fee.

We were welcomed into a really interesting building right in the hart of enna. The hotel owners were very friendly and immediately provided coffee. The room was absolutely fine up an interesting lift. Really enjoyed the breakfast.

Really nice B&B in the heart of Enna.
Was pretty hard to find (we had to call them and ask them to explain how to get there) and parking was not that easy BUT the staff took our car and parked it. We didn't have to go through the trouble to find a parking spot. Room was a pretty big room (we had the room called Proserpina) and the bathroom was nice. Enna itself is very pretty.

Great location right by the main piazza in Enna. There are no sketchy neighborhoods in Enna like there are in Catania. All walking distance to the tourist attractions. For the price, you can not beat it. My room was spacious, clean and big bathroom. Great deal.

Enna
Centrally located Bed and Breakfast in this beautiful hilltop town. The staff was really helpful and friendly, the rooms are really nicely decorated, and they paid attention to the details. They had the best chocolate crossaints of all the places we stayed in during our 9 day trip around Sicily. Enna is really beautiful bustling town, people are so friendly. You can easily spend months there not worrying about anything. We were surprised that there weren't that many tourists there, and in our opinion its a town worth visiting. The views from top of the hill, especially the one towards Calascibetta are breathtaking. We will definetely come back again one day.

Bad service both from the hotel and Expedia
The road to the hotel is so bad that I cancelled my reservation days before the due date and could not get an answer, except a recording. Now I am being charged in my credit card and have presented a dispute to Mastercard. I also emailed Expedia days befor, but since I did not have my password, Expedia did not do the right thing.

FOR ONE NIGHT ONLY
Enna is best visited by passing through, possibly visiting the castle. The only bright spot from the point of view of hospitality at this establishment was the owner's son who kindly drove with us to find a free parking spot. Apart from that, it was downhill all the way. The room was small with a very low ceiling, bathroom facilities behind a broken folding screen, a curtain serving as a wardrobe, and dirty. We would have gone somewhere else if the town had not been full. The fitted sheet on the bed did not fit,so you woke up in the night to find yourself sleeping on a bare mattress - not a nice thought. Breakfast was sparse and mean. Cash was demanded on departure which, in view of the fact that the banks will not change even major currencies, we refused,

We stayed at Proserpina for one night in September 2011. It was a lovely place, the rooms were cosy and the luggage lift was useful! Breakfast was very nice. Don't be put off if you have a car, although there is no parking directly outside Proserpina, the very friendly and helpful staff will take you to an area where there is free car parking. Enna was a great place to stay, all of the people were incredibly friendly and we had a wonderful time.

Best Choice in Enna
I could not give top ratings all around only because there are some minor problems. This is an old place and the air conditioning was not working. The hosts were very apologetic and upgraded our room without being asked because of this problem. Supposedly they are working on a solution, but we did not have air in either of the rooms were stayed. There was considerable noise from the streets as well throughout Enna. BUT...the rooms were VERY nice and clean and the building was like staying in a Palace or castle. The hosts spoke very little English but worked very hard to please. The breakfast was wonderful and the hosts were eager to refill cups and plates. This is a small city in the heart of Sicily and we felt like the only tourists to have ever visited there! I know this was not the case but if you go to Enna you will see the real Sicily and will be rewarded for it. There is a Castle on a cliff at the edge of the city. Tour books barely mention it, but this is an Ancient fort build by the Greeks and transformed but subsequent invaders including the Normans. Its free to enter and quite elaborate to see. The views from the top rival Erice! I would stay with these hosts again and you will not be disappointed.

Proserpina - clean, comfortable, convenient
The hotel is on the main square and easy to find. Helpful staff came with me to find a carpark within easy walking distance. The staff were really friendly and had great recommendations for dinner (cafe centrale) and gelato (bar delizia by the duomo). Duomo is outstanding and the castle is a shell. Great views down the valley. Interesting road up to Enna but well worth it.

Della struttura mi è piaciuta la posizione vicina alla piazza,l'ambiente tranquillo, ma più di tutto il ristorante BISTRO' SICILIANO CON GIARDINO PARADISO...dello stesso proprietario,vicinissimo al beb...abbiamo mangiato benissimo in una location da sogno!!!

Hotel pequeño, acogedor y bien ubicado en Enna Alta. Lugar estratégico para visitar casi toda sicilia en una semana. Desgraciadamente anuncian desayuno tipo buffet y lo que te dan es un café y un croissant (Cornetto) en el bar de enfrente. Sí repites café te lo cobran.

Endroit typique, très propre, confortable, personnel aimable et disponible rapidement même en dehors des heures. Attentionné, nous indiquant un restaurant sur arrivée tardive dans un endroit magique. Seul bémol la douche est un peu "poussive, sans pression" mais c'est peut-être que momentané. Ville à 1000 m. D'altitude, très agréable en période de chaleur, de passage mais j'y reviendrai.

pour une raison incomprise le b&b s'est transformé en chambre d'hotel détenu aussi par le meme propriétaire. mais des voisins bruyants associés à une trés mauvaise isolation phonique ont fait de cette nuit un calvaire. un petit dejeuner tres tres quelconque. bref une prestation de mauvais gout

W tej cenie obiekt super. Czuć klimat miasta i wyspy. Pokoje zadbane, może nie przesadnie czyste, ale znośne. Pełen serwis pokojowy zapewniony. Śniadania ok: wedlina, sery, chleb tostowy, herbata, kawa, słodkości i owoce. Obsługa - właściciele przemili i bardzo pomocni. Polecam.

La storia in un'atmosfera magica
Quello che cercavamo lo abbiamo trovato in questo antico palazzo che trasuda storie e cultura. I padroni di casa ci hanno accolto non solo con cortesia, ma anche con simpatia e affettuosità. Varrebbe la pena andarci solo per questo. Consigliatissimo a quanti desiderano godere oltre che del paesaggio anche dei rapporti umani.

Godt beliggende midt i byen
Vi brugte værelset til en enkelt overnatning i byen Enna, hvor beliggenheden er super lige midt i den gamle bydel, i går afstand til centrum og borg. God morgenmad og hyggelige lokaler.

Nice hotel in the center of Enna.
I was welcomed very friendly, and was shown a good place to park. The room was slightly old, but de interior decoration was very good and the bed too. Unfortunately the room looked onto a very busy street, but at night there were no cars. The breakfast was very good!

L'accoglienza da parte dei titolari (gente solare e simpaticamente familiare )è stata ottima. Peccato che la struttura non fosse ugualmente accogliente: montacarichi utilizzato come ascensore, bagno estremamente piccolo, da dover fare i conti al millimetro per riuscire ad entrarci, bagni peraltro non riportati nelle foto dedicate alla presentazione della struttura. Buono per un "mordi e fuggi".

Romantico week end in famiglia
Ci accolti un distinto signore, che ci ha fatto accomodare nel nostra piccola suite, eravamo in tre , 2 adulti e 1 bambina,abbiamo trovato un comodo letto subito dopo il bagno,una stanzetta tutta per la nostra bambina con angolo lettura e ampio finestroni, le Colazioni super abbondanti, mia figlia adesso la vuole così anche a casa,a colazione abbiamo conosciuto la moglie e il figlio del titolare,molto accoglienti, ci hanno messo subito a nostro agio,tutto molto accogliente, da rifare super consigliato.

Muy buena ubicación, limpieza muy buena. Desayuno buffet excelente. Trato muy bueno, Lo unico es que no tienen para pagar con tarjeta de credito hay que pagar en cash.
