"No hot water,no air conditioning,sub par room."

"Everything was awesome besides one thing. Room service didn't come during our 3 night stay. I had to ask the front desk for towels two days in a row. Not a big deal for me but I'm sure others wouldn't be okay with that. The breakfast was subpar. They do have an IHOP behind the hotel which was really good. What really impressed me was that they had an ice and filter water machine that was amazing."

"Love abstracting at the Curtis! It’s a fun/different place to stay and a great location. The only side was it seemed the AC wasn’t working in the lobby area. It’s made it very stuffy and uncomfortable. However the room AC had no issues. I would stay here 100% again if going to downtown!"

"Super clean, large towels, butter soft bedding, large rooms, what’s not to love. The parking fee is annoying considering there are MANY hotels in proximity with free parking. This should be made more clear. Otherwise the quality was as expected for a Hyatt and my stay was very comfortable."

"So convenient if you have a later arrival into Denver airport-just a short walk from baggage claim. The food at the restaurant (Grill and Vine?) was a pleasant surprise. Then a short walk back to the airport in the morning to get a shuttle to the rental cars. The convenience was worth the extra cost for me!"
