"I requested bath towels and 2 days later they still had not been delivered. The front desk clerk on duty advised me upon my request that I should ask for towels by 8 am. It was noon. The room was very damp so towels were not drying well. This is not a complaint against housekeeping."

"The property is in a great location, a few minutes walk from the beach. The pool was a very nice addition to have. The only issue we had, which was out of anyones control, was a bird that kept flying into the window that could be heard all over the house, waking people up much earlier than they wanted ..."
