The property was extremely clean except for 1 thing…our room (equipped with a kitchenette) smelled greasy. Like someone had just cooked a burger and there was grease remaining somewhere. It was conveniently located and the price was right. The facility was well maintained but needs a few updates.

Derek was very friendly and professional. We met the official/unofficial greeter Lois who was also instrumentals on informing us about local restaurants and attractions.

Great Hotel for Long-Term Stay
The Candlewood Suites in Horseheads, NY was wonderful! The only reason we didn’t give it an overall score of 5 out of 5 is because the bet was too hard for our liking. Otherwise everything was exceptional! The staff was fantastic and very friendly.

First time staying at candlewood. I love this hotel. Everyone was very friendly. Rooms and building was very clean. Beds and pillows where very comfy. I would like to know the brand of the mattresses i woukd buy them for my house..they had a washer and dryer you could use and a exercise room. Thank you for a a great place to stay..will stay again

I always love staying at this location! The rooms have recently been updated and are more comfortable than ever! Unfortunately our cook top did not work and the coffee maker was unusable due to the old coffee bag being left in the basket and being moldy. The bathrooms could use an update as well.

Friendly staff, easy checkin…great room! We had a mini suite with almost a full kitchen which was helpful for our needs and not super expensive. I especially appreciated the engine room icemaker.!
