"From the moment we arrived to the when we left two weeks later, Crystal Waters was an oasis of calm and relaxation. The layout of the hotel, spread around 3 super pool areas was excellent and gave it much more of a resort feel. The room was well appointed, clean and comfortable. "Beautifully situated in town and we got the sea view balcony we requested. Very clean. Sadly pool not open due to weather and maintenance ( mid May). We got breakfast discount as compensation. No restaurant, no bar. Breakfast buffet fine. Room service excellent, good sized balcony, comfortable bed. Shower had no bracket so had to hold shower head all the time. No plug in bath. Lovely fluffy towels. No smoke alarm in room though there were in the corridors. At reception sometimes the friendly one...

"Great location but hotel needs work. Stayed 3 nights, pool was green the whole time. On our departure it was cleaned whilst there were young children swimming in it everyday. We saw a lizard in our bathroom and a piece of marble was glued under the toilet bowl, glue had gone yellow spread all over the floor so it looked like someone had leaked on the floor. Air con did not work properly either and breakfast was average. I would not recommend this place."

"Quiet, comfortable. Close to Nidri and the boating and restaurants there and good location for accessing all of Lefkada Island. Helpful staff. Property needs some repairs and upgraded stove in kitchen . Owner allowed access to the orange trees on the property. Great oranges! Bed was fine for our stay but could be upgraded. We much enjoyed our stay because we could cook there in the complete if out of date kitchen. "

"This was the perfect place right in the center of a large shopping area and restaurants. Perfect room with a great view of the sea and very quiet. Even though there is no parking on this property, a few feet away is a parking lot that charges 15.00 euros for 24 hours and there is always someone there until 11 pm. "
