"The hotel was clean and well-kept. The room was comfortable and quite. The staff was friendly and helpful. The hair dryer malfunctioned, but staff provided a replacement. The coffee machine was out of order at breakfast and the coffee in the "pump" urn tasted bad and was undrinkable. "

The amenities are great…including super clean pool, hot tub, arcade area, ping pong, gym, complimentary espresso, coffee, and bottled water at front desk. Staff was amazing! Location is perfect with breakfast at Perkins and The Page Bar and Grill is across parking lot. Will only stay here when coming to town! "

"The home was in great condition and the perfect place to rest up after a long day birding. Located approximately 15 minutes from Cheyenne Bottoms and 40 minutes from Quivira, it’s a welcomed retreat at the end of the day. "This is a nice older home near downtown. The cleanliness was ok but there were sheets left in the dryer and some unfolded towels in the closet. The owner was very great. We were in town with an Ill relative and needed to stay a day longer and he was very polite and informative. He was also quick to respond."
