"This is a nice hotel in Bardstown. The hotel is fairly new and there are dining options very close. The staff is very friendly and eager to help if needed. The rooms are very nice and the beds are comfortable. I have stayed at several hotels in the Bardstown area and this is the nicest. It is not very far from Heaven Hill distillery."

"There wasn't anything horribly wrong with this hotel, but there also wasn't anything great about it either. The pool is nice, but it stays full and it makes the whole building feel and smell damp and musty. The building is older. The carpets throughout were really dirty. Beds were clean and comfortable. It's not going to be a bad experience if you need a weekend stay for a game, but it wouldn't be my pick for a vacation or anything like that."

"We rented two rooms. One was ok just smelled old and musty. The other room had hair on the shower walls, the shower took forever to drain, the sheets had stains on them and the wash cloth had black stains on it. We stayed two nights. No one ever brought us new linen. We had one adult and two kids booked in each room. We were given two towels for the whole stay. While swimming we asked for pool towels and were given two. The lady said she would bring more but never did. We had to keep going to the desk to ask for more towels for the six of us. The hotel was old the beds were awful and it had an old stale smell in the hallways and in the room. There is also no elevator so we had to carry luggage to the second floor. We are absolutely not bougie people and thought since it was now a Wyndham hotel it would be decent. We definitely will not be using this hotel again."

"The hallways smell very old and musty but the room smelled just fine. We arrived later at night and was staying the whole weekend. Our key card wouldn't work in the door the first night, so we had to get let into our room. The man at the front desk was very nice and walked down and let us in our room. There was no shower curtain in the bathroom, so we showered first thing in the morning with no shower curtain. We came back in the middle of the day and our door was left open by the maid for no telling how long. Luckily none of our item were taken. The bed was comfortable, and everything was clean."
