"Parking was bad some automobiles took up two parking spaces. Coffee machine was incomplete, hair dryer didn’t work everything else was ok"

"The room smells very musty and outdated. Didn’t even use the fridge, smells bad right when you open it. Didn’t feel comfortable taking a shower, the towels seemed very old and used. The toilet flushes poorly, needs 2 flushing to get the toilet paper to flush down after doing #1, will likely clog for #2. In terms of accessibility from I-10, yes it’s good location. Parking is plenty. The staff are nice & respectful."

"The service is terrible. I booked a deluxe room, but they gave me a completely different one—it was dirty, and the TV didn't work. There were people smoking right outside the room. I wouldn't go back to that hotel; the bed was broken, with metal bars underneath acting as supports that didn't belong to the bed. It was a total disappointment."

"This place was a massive disappointment. We booked a 3-night stay specifically for the waterpark, but the slides were completely shut down the entire time. On top of that, our room was never cleaned once. Front desk told us they only do housekeeping after the fourth night, which is ridiculous.To top it all off, our room keys didn't work. Because we couldn't scan through the side gates near our room, we had to walk all the way around the property every single time. The hotel is incredibly outdated and poorly managed. Save your money and go somewhere else."

"I honestly would NOT refer this Hotel to anyone at all. It was such a disappointment. I do have pictures of our room. Never will I ever book with them again. Breakfast was hideous Mini muffins, raisin bran cereal and a waffle maker. The juice was still in the gallon container. I did say to the front desk guy that the whole room need to be shut down and not sold to any one. Even tho the hotel was under construction..it was so sad. Oh yes do not let me forget someone put poop on a bag outside of the Hotel on the ground so it was smelling crazy."

"It was definitely somewhere where you can sleep. The paint was chipping in the bathroom. The carpet throughout the 1st floor was torn and lifted. Lots of trip hazards. I would not stay at this location in the future. No USB or USBC chargers, this was an older hotel."
