Nice, needs a few easy adds to room
Nice hotel, very helpful pleasant staff. Room needs a fridge and kettle with teacups. Staying in your room after long day in mountains is sometimes needed and a fridge and kettle would help this.

Great service in a hotel showing its age
Great service. Great breakfast spread in the morning. Facilities are showing their age a little bit, but nothing that really detracts from the experience. Since the hallways are tiled, sound carries (e.g. closing doors, rolling suitcases, etc.). Speedy internet compared to much of the rest of El Chalten.

Beautiful stay , most credit goes to the staff at the reception Aaron and Sebastien , they were very helpful. - very big pillows, no internet in the rooms, breakfast selection was a bit weird for me , too many cakes and cookies, almost no veggies.

Nice cozy stablishment, well located in El Chalten close to San martin street. clean, comfortable room with good cushion and pillows, good breakfast. Lobby and restaurant have wifi, not the rooms. Good service and plenty of advice on activities to do in El Chalten

Comfy stay for fair value!
Lanajuim was fair value. In Chalten, there is a lot of low end, hostal stuff and a few really high end that are overpriced. This hotel is clean, has great service, and plenty of hot water (and it can get cold hiking the Fitz region even in the summer!

Hotel was good, breakfast was very good with a good selection of fruit, juices, pastries and cakes. Wifi was ok in reception and lounge area but did not work in rooms

Want a hot shower after a hike? Don't stay here.
We complained the first night of four that our shower emitted intermittent blasts of cold water. The hotel owner was rude and condescending -- for example, trying to convince us this was not really a problem -- and never fixed the shower. Save your money and get the same quality at a hostel or spend your money for better quality elsewhere.

Nice hotel
Everybody was very friendly. We enjoyed the trek and the little town of El Chalten. The breakfast is fulfilling znd tasty. There is a cosy atmosfere with a fire place.

Great place to stay inEl Chalten
This hotel was very comfortable and had everything we needed the girl in reception was very helpful in setting us up with a shuttle to Fitz Roy hike and restaurant suggestions. Very comfortable beds and clean

Great starting point to do anything in El Chalten
Front desk staff (Roxana and Ingrid) were *incredible*. Provided 5-star hotel concierge-level service on everything from hikes to restaurants and anything else relevant. Main room where breakfast is also served, with huge fireplace and couches is a great place to hang out. The rooms themselves aren't super but you're probably not in El Chalten to hang out in your room anyway...

El hotel está muy bien ubicado, es moderno y completo. Quiero destacar la atención de la recepción que siempre fueron muy amables y atentos. El Restaurant del hotel es muy bueno también en la comida y los mozos. Es una muy buena opción realmente

Hotel bien placé dans el chalten, service sympathique. Petit dej plutôt bien. Chambres ok. Bruits des voisins assez présents ceci étant du à la méthode de construction Argentine... Le point le plus negatif est la vue d'une grande partie des chambres sur le mur en construction de l'hotel voisin qui s'agrandit...

Exceptional staff, very friendly & always in a good mood. Located not far from the bus terminal. Breakfast was typically Argentinian (a lot of sweet things). Lunch boxes available on request.

Bom, mas não recomendo.
Prós: localização do Hotel, receptividade Contras: Wi-fi somente na area da recepção (sinal não chega em nenhum quarto), café da manhã com pouca opção, quarto sem frigobar, solicitamos material (prato, garfo, faca) para montar um lanche para o trekking do dia, sendo negado pela recepcionista alegando não ter no hotel (apesar de todas as mesas do jantar estarem equipadas com tais utensilios domesticos)

Gracias por su comentario. El hotel tiene una nueva gerencia y estamos trabajando para mejorar el servicio ampliando las opciones del desayuno, entre otras cosas. Pido disculpas en nombre del hotel y nos sorprende mucho lo que ha pasado cuando solicitó la vajilla, estaremos atentos para que no vuelva suceder.

Opción buena en el chalten
El hotel es limpio sus camas muy agradables y el servicio es bueno Recomendado si vas a pasar la noche en el chalten el precio es alto pero igual en este pueblo la mayoría de cosas lo son No hay tv en las habitaciones ni wifi para tener en cuenta El servicio de la recepción es buena Sus habitaciones amplias

Super bequeme Betten!
Das Hotel liegt in El Chaoten sehr zentral und bietet sehr gute Leistungen zu einem fairen Preis. Wer nach einer Wanderung zum Fitz Roy oder zum Cerro Torre entspannen und gut schlafen möchte, ist hier bestens aufgehoben.

Fick bra information från personalen gällande möjligheterna till att vandra (är man inte intresserad av att vandra så är nog int El Chaltén något att besöka) samt var de för dagen avråde från att gå, även bra info om själva El Chaltén om vilka restauranger och affärer som var vettiga. Var vissa problem med WiFi:n men inget oväntat för El Chaltén eftersom kommunikationerna är lite dålig där. Frukostbuffen var riktigt bra de hade till och med havregryn enda stället i Argentina jag sett det på. Prismässigt kan man förmodligen hitta något som är billigare med ungefär samma kvalité om man är ut i god tid vilket jag inte var, men jag är ändå nöjd med vistelsen där.

Nous sommes restés 2 nuits dans cet hôtel à El Chalten. L'hotel est très bien placé. Il n'y avait aucun équipement superflu dans l’hôtel ou dans la chambre (pas de télé, pas de piscine par exemple) et nous avions 3 lits simples et pas de lits doubles, mais c'est le seul petit bémol. Car à El Chalten, notre objectif était d'être bien placé pour partir en ballade le matin, d'avoir un bon lit pour bien récupérer et un bon petit déjeuner pour la journée à venir et cet hôtel était parfait pour cela. L’hôtel est très propre, très calme et le personnel est super sympathique.
