We ran out of hot water after one 5 minute shower. This place seems to have workers who stay there, which isn’t a big deal. However, they hang out outside the rooms and talk into the night, which is a bummer if you have to get up early. Good breakfast burritos made early though.

wi-fi was inconsistent. No TV channel listing or instructions to work TV which is strangely confusing. Breakfast was spicy chorizo egg burrito and a muffin, that’s it! I don’t like chorizo or anything spicy for breakfast. We asked for a non smoking room, but the room had an odor that was similar to covering up smoke with air freshener, yuck!

The property was ok considering its location. I had never been to Brawley before and viewed this place on line where photos basically lie to you. The room was put together but it was old. The bathroom was alright except when you’re sitting there you notice all the dirt and dust on the floor boards. The grout where the tub meets the floor was all cracked and dirty as well. I guess picking the cheapest ($97) hotel this is what you get. I probably will never visit Brawley again but hey, if you don’t mind the things I mentioned then go for it. I will say the convenience of the location was ok. Grocery store next door where there is a Starbucks and the fast food places all down Main Street.

I stayed at this hotel when I was visiting family during the holidays and I was very impressed with the quality of the room at a very affordable price, nice spacious refrigerator, microwave, desk, nice TV, wi-if, very comfortable king size bed, very clean and relaxing atmosphere. Nice bathroom area and vanity. Closet space is nice. I think it’s cute every room is named after an animal. I will definitely consider staying at this hotel again when I’m in Brawley.

Took over 30 minutes to check in. Did not get the room I requested and had to pay more. The hot breakfast was a burrito with muffin in a bag. Then charged me 3 times for the rooms, I did not know until I tried to use my credit card for gas and my card was on hold because of possible fraud.

They should have variety of breakfast. The burritos are good, but they should change the menu a least 3 times a week. It is boring to eat the same breakfast every day.

I had a roomate when I moved my suitcase in. There in the bathroom I discovered a big fat very alive cockroach!! I swiftly stomped the life out of it, took it to the front desk and gave to the clerk telling him where I discovered the nasty thing. He said casually “Just part of the area around us!” I suggested he in the am let the manager know so he could call the local exterminator!!

It was 3 miles from my family's house who I was visiting. So it wasnt the nicest hotel ive stayed at but not a complete dump. Bathroom fixture for towels was ruated real bad and shower head had gunk on it. There was stains in the carpet. Had my wife been with me she would have asked for a cleaner room. Checked out at 145am to catch flight in Palm Springs and had to walk around to find somone to check out.

Stayed at this hotel many times over the years and haven't ever had any issues. They must have recently changed television providers and it is terrible! So hard to use and annoying as programs are constantly interrupted at the worst times .

Check-in was very quick and easy. Room was spacious, clean, and quiet. Bedding was very comfortable - especially the pillows. Breakfast was a delicious egg burrito made with a homemade tortilla and, I believe, fresh eggs - not the dried, watery ones that are at most hotels. This place is a very good value.

We booked here in August, for an event weekend in October. Two rooms were booked together on Expedia. Upon check-in, hotel could only find one reservation apparently (it was clear to us that they overbooked and bumped one room, however they weren't truthful and instead tried to blame Expedia). We had to rebook two people to a different hotel located in El Cajon, at a much higher rate. The hotel then told us they found the reservation (instead of Oct 26-29 it was for Oct 27-29). Seemed strange to me that they found it when they said there wasn't one to begin with. It was a mess, the hotel check-in agent did not have good communication skills and did not seem very inept at their job so I had to pull in the manager next day. We also saw bugs at the hotel and noted it was not the cleanest hotel. Won't be staying here again.

We booked in August at a good rate, the hotel oversold and said they couldn’t find our reservation for the second room when we checked in at the end of October (even though they were booked together). Hotel staff were untruthful, suddenly they could find our reservation but it was for other nights. We had to rebook at another hotel for a much higher rate and our group couldn’t stay together. Of the two people in our group who did stay here, we found the hotel not the cleanest (bugs in the room/not bed bugs though). Hotel staff did not have strong communication skills and it was difficult to sort through what was actually going on. Won’t be staying here again.

The room was nice and clean. The bed was comfortable. It was over 100° outside but it felt cool inside. When is sure I did have is that I got a room that the door face the sun all day so when I would go to open it it would kind of burn me. That’s the only issue I had with the hotel and they serve breakfast from 6 to 8 and it’s usually home cook like burritos or stuff like that if you call and ask for late check out they’ll give it to you till 12

The Brawley Inn is a nice hotel in a small desert town. We have visited it hotel many times and it is clean, and the staff is always friendly and accommodating.
