Spacious well equipped suite. Welcome pack with wine, chocolates, tea, coffee, milk and water, which was very nice to have on arrival. Lovely buffet breakfast. Good location. Check-in was a bit slow and it was quite expensive.

Dont book this hotel !
Value for money 0, it is so old and evrithing is broken , walls , doors , toilet all need been rebuild , i dont even know how the charge 1500 ₪ for a night for family room of 5 .

The property was very good. Yeh big problem was the parking. They don’t have enough parking for they rooms. We couldn’t take the car out for that. And we took taxis to the center of Eilat all time. The beach near the hotel was excellent.

the a/c did not work for half of our stay. also we were situated way at the back of the hotel and at the 2nd floor so being there with 2 small kids was a complete challange. also, one night our key didnt work meaning we had to walk all the way back to the reception where our keys were changed.

משק הבית עשה עבודה מעולה , למרות שהחדרים לא חדישים ,הם בהחלט היו נקיים ביותר, ומריחים טוב 😎קצת איכזב כשהתקשרנו לקבלה לבקש שקיק קפה, והודיעו - שלא ממלאים מעבר למה שקיים בקבל החדר, נשמע קטנוני משהו. בסך הכל תמורה טובה למחיר, בפרט לאוהבי החופים הדרומיים

A large family room was ordered and we actually received 2 rooms without a connecting door. We were with 4 small children. The parents had to sleep in separate rooms

The rooms and service are great! Breakfast was great (but in Eilat's standards only medium). Close to the diving area which is great! We had a great time a will definitely come back. My only advice is putting an electronic stove in every room. The kitchenette is great but without a stove - not as useful is it could of been

A good deal
The rooms are big and comfortable. The TV control did not work. The bathroom wasn't so clean but overall the price and the size of the rooms and location makes it a very good deal.

we were told on the phone, prior to our arrival that the place was full. so we were upgraded to the club hotel in the city center. unbelievable hotel with 700 rooms. great service! thanks a lot

Really peaceful area, not good beach , but easy access to the city center. The water in the shower after 10Pm is extremally cold.

Good short stay for small groups or families.
Be aware of the w/and without breakfast reservations, 16 ILS if during booking, 69 ILS after. Stupid policy, but a great breakfast. I wasn’t so happy and they comp’d the meal for my party -cudos to mgmt!! But I really just wanted to pay the 16 ILS per person and go away not feeling like I bullied them. The room was a tight fit for 6, but workable as an overnight. Room was pretty hot and heavy air considering the 17C weather, just on the edge of uncomfortable, I had to sleep without covers. Parking is a premium. Pool closes way too early (5:30pm). There’s a pizza service, pretty good.
