It was not the hotels fault. However the large amòunt of people drinking alcohol in the lobby, the excessive chlorine in the pool, the lack of extra blankets in the room, the stains on the carpet, the stains on the floor, the weird layout of the sofa couch with its huge holes. All just gave a wrong vibe. Just wrong place for us.

The rooms are very nice. They need a little maintenance for the items in the rooms though. The shower was difficult to operate as it had the two heads and would not stop the other one. The makeup mirror in the bathroom was broken and a couple pieces fell off.

Good staff. Found the room stuffy with no window to open. Ran fan at high speed - slightly better. The advertised $8 breakfast was inedible. In fairness, we were given a refund but far below expectations given the photos.

The beds were probably the most comfortable experience I have ever had in any hotel. Downside… carpet in room was filthy and stunk. No bathrooms in lobby. No continental breakfast, coffee grossly strong. Pool cold and hot tub scalding hot. Only a 3 star but the beds comfy makes the difference.
