We returned to Leduc to finalize a move. We ate at the attached restaurant, JTs when we lived there. We picked Quality Inn as the restaurant was exceptional and we assumed they would not be associated if the hotel was not. We were not disappointed. Suggestion. Better pillows and shower heads cleaned to provide better flow. Lots at tub tap.

I booked this hotel for my mother after she landed in Edmonton. She called me with a picture of a bug on her bed. I told her to ask for another room but she was denied one, as they were full. She was then told by the front desk that he could come kill it. She also said it was run down. I have not personally stayed there but I won’t ever in the future.

The front desk attendant wrote down the wrong room number on my key envelope. When I went to the room on the card 236 the door was open so I just went inside without using my key . Eventually the people that had that room showed up and surprised me . I called the front desk and he said I was supposed to be in 336. Had to go back to the front desk have my keys updated I was not impressed with such a simple task being turned into this waste of time

Check in at 10 pm had to wait around the counter for at least 15 minuets before someone showed up (there were other people hanging out in the lobby as well). Elevator is in a very inconvenient place and we where not even made aware of it, we just assumed there where only the stairs in the lobby. The jetted tub in the room was very nice. But the fans in the bathroom and room did not work well and it took forever to cool the room down and un-steam.

Clean, quiet and comfortable - the 3 requirements of any hotel!! They met all 3. The complimentary breakfast was a little sad - i just managed yogurt and a coffee but otherwise, it was the perfect place.

The receptionist at the front desk is very rude not welcoming. He was acting like he hated customer service as a job. They need to screen who they hire because i wont be back because of him.

The staff in the restaurant were fantastic! By the time we arrived there was only 25 minutes left in their opening hours. They offered to create our meal and deliver it to our room for us since they were closing soon. Trying to get the shuttle service from the airport was very onerous. We booked through Expedia and they couldn’t find a record of our reservation and therefore wouldn’t give us the shuttle information. It took close to half an hour on the phone to get it cleared up. Never had such an experience.

Close to airport. Smaller hotel, nothing fancy but adequate. Breakfast was limited. Only real complaint is that there was no hot water for a shower. It was warm but not hot.
