Worth a visit !!!!
This has to be one of the most under sold hotels. The quality of the hotel and owner were beyond our expectations. For me it over achieved it's 4x rating, with the quality of the accommodation and service offered. It should be noted that there was ample free parking at the front of the hotel which had not been mentioned in the write up, nor had the fact that Breakfast was also offered within the standard price and this again was exceptional.

Excellent Stay
Absolutely beautiful place, wonderful super friendly people, everyone with the smile. The most comfortable bed ever with the best pillows in the world! Thank you for your lovely place and excellent experience! We would love to come back again and again! The surrounding place has a small village feel with local shops and restaurants. We visited in the summer on our way through to Italy so only stopped one night.

Great Hotel all round
This was one of the nicest hotels we have stayed in for a very long time. It was scrupulously clean, modern, with high quality fittings and a very comfortable bed, The owner was most helpful and pleasant and the breakfast excellent. We couldn’t fault this hotel in any way. (and the meals a few hundred metres along the road at a place called the Milchbar were also excellent and reasonably priced)

Gem of a hotel with an amazing river view
Amazing location, views, room decor, and service. A little remote when I drove in the night but realized the value upon checkin, and much more once in the room and the next day. Owner-operated hotel, he was so nice to even put a can of milk in the room as we were getting late to buy from a store, of course I had to pay for it the next day but the gesture of "I will keep it in the room" was enough. Breakfast was good, with full service. Got a good amount of info about nearby waterfalls and the alpine drive from reception. Make sure to spend some time around the hotel and a walk into the small town - it's beautiful.

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. We loved the ease of the check in process (we arrived late in the evening and this wasn’t an issue), the view from our room was stunning, and the staff were all excellent. We will certainly stay here in the future!

Great hotel, very clean, warm and quiet. The location is perfect and the breakfast was plentiful. All that was missing was a manned bar on an evening for drinks..

Wir waren kurzfristig im August im Alpenherz und hatten eine schöne, sehr angenehme Zeit. Das Hotel, unser Zimmer, das Frühstück sowie die Gastgeber sind ohne weiteres empfehlenswert und man fühlt sich sehr willkommen. Erholsame Tage in einer schönen Landschaft.

En uppmärksam värd på Hotell Alpenherz
Gerlos är ett fantastiskt område i Zillertalområdet. Hotell Alpenherz med en värd, som i proaktiv anda tipsade oss om utflykts- och vandrings- mål samt underhållning, som vi hann uppleva på vår genomresa. Vi finner det värt att besöka igen under flera dagar.

Sehr schönes u. gemütliches Hotel.
Sehr schönes und gemütliches Hotel. Ruhige und tolle Lage, auch als Ausgangspunkt um nach kurzer Fahrt mit dem Auto das Zillertal zu erkunden (wandern, biken u. genießen). super Team und fantastisches Frühstücksbuffet. Auch die Corona-Massnahmen sind tadellos umgesetzt.

Tolles Hotel in super Lage
Unser Aufenthalt war sehr angenehm, tolles Team, super Frühstück, und das Zimmer Bergblick war ebenso fantastisch. Auch die Corona-Regeln sind super umgesetzt und das Zimmer sehr sauber. Gerade weil das Wetter nicht so super war, haben wir das Hotel doppelt genossen.

Great hotel in Gerlos
Truly great location close to the nearest ski lift! Clean hotel with a nice sauna as well. Breakfast great as well. Downside that rooms are not soundproof, there was a couple making sounds you don’t want to hear for hours...

The Hotel manager was really nice and helpful and so were all the people working there. The place is clean, there is everything you need, in the bedroom, the breakfast room and even in the lounge where you can have drinks in comfortables sofas. All of that at a reasonable price. We would definitely recommend this hotel.

War ein super Aufenthalt! Zimmer sind sehr gemütlich, das Bett ist sehr bequem und das Frühstück war köstlich. Bad ist groß, der Eigentümer /Manager ist sehr hilfsbereit.
