"There were several issues with our room. The first-floor balcony door would not lock, and it took about two hours for maintenance to fix it. The couch mattress was heavily stained, the pillowcases were dirty, and there were dead bugs on the floor upon arrival. Staff brought multiple replacement mattresses before eventually finding an acceptable solution.
The staff were friendly, professional, and worked hard to resolve the problems, which I appreciated. However, the condition of the room and an unexpected $30 charge at check-in despite having prepaid through Expedia significantly impacted our stay. While I value the staff’s efforts, I would not choose to stay at this hotel again."
