Crystal Beach Hotel

"Couldn't check in until an hour and a half after check in time because they were still cleaning our room. Multiple times there was no one at the front desk or answering the phone for 20+ minutes. Manager was never there and didn't call me back as requested. I had to fix the toilet in our room multiple times and the shower head was all corroded. Hotel used to be ok so I dont know if someone new took over or what but customer service is terrible, and we will not be staying there again."

"Very spacious room and beautiful lobby area. Better view than expected and the room had lots of storage area which was a plus. My one complaint was I felt like the pool wasn’t as well maintained as it could have been. Was not heated and the area just didn’t seem too clean but that just comes with age. Overall a great stay and I would recommend."
