I enjoyed my stay for the most part I liked that it was quiet and it felt very safe. I did have a roach in the bathroom that was very unexpected but other than that no issues.

Not much to like except, a clean bed. Absolutely no morning food service though promised on the site. Front desk person said’ “haven’t had breakfast for a long time. When we did it was terrible.” No cups at the coffee station. I found out why; it didn’t work. I suggest you not list this property on Expedia!!

Upon arrival the hotel did not look like the pictures. Families live here. There was even a book for the special services staff to sign into during their check ins with these families at the front desk. I was assured our stay would be safe and uninterrupted (as we have an early morning). I called asking for blankets, since the beds only had sheets, and was told the laundry room is locked and no one with a key would be back until tomorrow.
