"The hotel is fine. It’s really a lot of little things that add up. When you think about how much this place charges, it gets under your skin. You walk into a beautiful lobby. I almost felt underdressed. There is a lot of glass in the lobby which provides a beautiful view. The hotel puts feed out for the local ducks, geese, and rabbits which is adorable
Everything after the lobby goes downhill. The elevator was filthy looked like it hadn’t been vacuumed in a month. Wallpaper is peeling off the walls in the hallways. The room appears clean but not so much upon a closer look. I went to look out the window at a gorgeous views and noticed the A/C was covered with hair. Almost like a man had shaved his beard over it. There was no trash bag in the trash can. There weren’t very many towels so I called down to the front desk to ask for towels to be brought up. The woman at the desk said I could have some but I’d have to come get them as she was not allowed to leave the desk. When I went to the lobby for the towels, no one was at the desk. Pillows are a personal preference and these weren’t great (to me). There was zero firmness and they were thin. The blankets were scratchy and not very warm. No extra blankets in the closet. There was a microwave, mini fridge, and Keurig. Very nice items to have. The coffee area was fully stocked. The only hanger in the bathroom for towels was on the door and too sleek to keep the towel on."
