I liked the free parking. Property is dated and staff are hard to find. Chose the hotel for laundry room but found out it did not work upon arrival. It was a place to sleep.

We were put into a disability room,not for us,sink had a large crack,and shower to low to stand and have a shower,floor dirtyvery basic facilities,no hair dryer,staff extremely good and friendly,one night was enough

Very basic hotel. But very convenient if you have to stay overnight to take the boat the next day. Also, very close to the city centre if you want to have a wonder. Not much see though. Value for money I'd say

Traditional business style hotel well located between town amenities and dunkirk beach. Free parking adjacent. Clean, comfortable, bright room overlooking canal. Good free wifi. Overall good value for money and would stay again.

Over night stay
We have stayed in this hotel before & it is good value for money. The hotel is well situated in Dunkerque. They have managed the Covid-19 situation well breakfast was served to us socially distanced. Rooms are good size & comfortable however there are some small points they could improve on. Ventilation was poor in room as no aircon and the room was very hot & stuffy. In common with most hotels not enough power points for our tablets phones etc. No cups in bathrooms for teeth cleaning/tablet taking. No stand alone showers we had to clamber over bath edge not good for older residents. On saying all the above we will stay again next time we are in Dunkerque

It's a nice hotel. Good views and a central location. Quiet too so you can relax. Good breakfast. Free parking. Staff could try a bit harder to smile and be helpful though. Otherwise a pleasant stay.

Noisy, uncomfortable and never again.
After following the zip code the hotel was not in sight and following several phone calls to the hotel I was told to ask someone in the street as no one was available who could speak English well enough. An hour later we found the hotel. The room looked good at first sight, however, the room was roasting hot, the beds were rock hard, there was mound in the bath tub where the shower was leaking, there were only one pillow per bed so they had to be folded in two for support. The rooms were very noisy with doors slamming and waking us up several times, along with noisy neighbors and street noise (window open due to the heat). None of us had a shower (which was straight from the 1970’s) due to the green staining around the plug hole, deciding to wait until our next hotel -which was much better.

No hot water in room. Plunge-style toilet flush came straight out of top of cistern into my hand - so couldn’t flush the toilet. Airless room. Generally grubby. Yes, I know,,you get what you pay for - but this should be basic requirements. Hassle to change our room - receptionist most unhelpful. we did change in the end, but, although we had hot water and a workable toilet, the room itself was sadly neglected. Would never stay there again.

Parking is free and very convenient outside. The hotel room was just adequate, a nice comfortable bed, fairly quiet but the room facilities are a bit dated and there are no tea/coffee making facilities. For one night it's OK. Breakfast was extra and of an acceptable level.

Property was basic, room was non smoking however stunk of cigarettes. Tv had no reception. Room was spacious and clean but had nothing in it. Staff were very helpful. Expedia price was 50% more expensive then booking direct, very disappointing that.

Quiet and good location close to restaurants
One night stay. Hotel staff friendly and helpful It was adequate for what we wanted. Main criticism was room design. Bathroom too big which cut into size of bedroom which had nowhere put two cases as there was too much furniture which we did not need. Shower could have been cleaner with black mould evident We would stay there again though
