We had a lovely time staying at this property, very clean and tidy unit. Staff were very friendly and helpful with information about Dunedin. We would definitely stay again, location is very convenient.

The place is tidy and seems newly painted. But a bit noisy when you keep the window open as there are roads nearby. Overall a good choice to stay.

A comfortable stay for a few nights. Guest laundry included clothes line or clothes horses which we took to our room to hang clothes that could not go in the dryer. Only criticism is the room was not very sound proof from other guest rooms or the street so not suitable for light sleepers.

Awesome overnight
Great stay, up for sports trip so handy to netball stadium. Easy to find and warm welcome turned up late and room very warm . Definitely recommend, but I'd ask for back units as boy racers kept me up most of the night but nothing motel can do bout that... really impressed with this motel

Motel was hard to find as there are two queens drive in Dunedin. Very confusing but rang Sally at the motel & she set us straight.

Our bathroom smelt of vomit so we left the property and went elsewhere. Beds were uncomfortable as well and the kitchen was poorly stocked.

Fantastic apartment with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Really lovely owners who provided a warm welcome and were very accommodating when our plans had to change last minute due to flight cancellations. Only a 5 minute walk to the beach and a play park which was perfect for a family with young children. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Got a confirmed booking at this property so made arrangements accordingly. Then got an email saying that their booking system had mucked up so I had no booking. This ended up costing me over $500 as this was the weekend that students were moving back and there was no other accommodation at the same price level.

Clean, well equipped, close to beach
Had a very pleasant overnight stay. Room was a good size and everything really clean (including the outside of the windows). Is very close to beach. Reception is really helpful. Would stay again.
