A central location but without a set-down area to unload luggage. Discounted parking at the nearby Arnott’s shopping centre worked well. The hotel was tired but spacious and comfortable. We had a power outage in our room that was not rectified before we left.

It was very good location-wise for getting around Dublin. There was a band playing every night loudly enough that you couldn’t sleep nearby though. We had to keep the window closed to try to sleep but woke up soaked in sweat so had to open the window after they band was finally done (after 11pm during the week and midnight on the weekend). It is fine if you want to stay out all night but we had tours booked two of the mornings at 6am and had to leave for the airport at 5am the last morning.
Great locations for tours and such staff very helpful excellent Celtic entertainment

Wifi extremely slow. No air conditioning or air flow in rooms, was Very warm. Toilets didn’t flush very well.
But staff were great and very helpful. Food was really good and location was great.
Everyone was excellent from the moment we arrived and very accommodating. We had a wonderful evening dining there too and loved the band that played to everyone's delight.
Front desk, and overall employees were far and beyond on their customer service. The location was perfect, walkable distance to lots of touristic attractions.
The night shift staff the night we arrived was amazing! All the staff in general was kind and helpful and there was always someone at the desk to help 24 hrs.
The room was spacious and kept up well. The bed was comfortable and the linens were lovely. The window opened to let a nice breeze into our room (no air conditioning). There is also a lovely pub in the lobby that has live music.
The location of this hotel is absolutely amazing. The hop on hop off ticket sales and bus stop are right outside the door. Temple bar and OConnell street are seconds away. There is a bus stop to take the bus to and from the airport just 2 minutes away and many of the tourist day trips leave from within a 10 minute walking radius.
We really enjoyed our stay here and will definitely stay here again when we come back.
To be honest when we got to our room I was underwhelmed. Basic room, dated didn’t even see a thermostat! However it wasn’t an issue as window opened and room was very clean. Also the staff were friendly and helpful and the bar attached was fun. It was an excellent location and everything was walkable. But best of all was the Celtic show we got tickets to our last night (2 doors down) such a great evening! Quiet and we slept great on comfortable bed. Also the water pressure was phenomenal for long hot showers!
Stayed here twice, our first and last night in Dublin.
Daytime staff - front desk team of 2 women and 1 man were amazing. Helpful and courteous, kind and funny! 5 stars plus!!!
Evening staff - front desk team of 1 woman and 1 man. Man was helpful, but unfortunately the woman seemed to be uninterested and annoyed with our 7:30pm check in.
We were very happy to see the daytime team back again the next morning!
Everyone was so nice and went out of their way to help us and to make us feel welcome. We flew overnight from New York for my son to attend a college event and were able to get in our room quite early to get some much needed sleep. The room was warm, clean and comfortable, the breakfast was delicious and I cannot say enough how nice and helpful every member of the staff was to us! We will definitely stay here again!

The bathroom sink has separate hot and cold taps. It would be nice to have those water mixers. :)
Overall - great place, in the heart of Dublin!
It was such a lovely stay! the hotel location is great although quite busy and the walls are thin, there was a pickpocketting at our hotel but not unheard of in a large city. The staff was phenomenal and the fact that it's attached to a great restaurant was so lovely. Would stay here again.
The location is very convenient to all the major sights and shopping. Also due to it's location, it is noisy at night if you have a window facing the back or the front.

Super-nice old historic hotel and the staff were very friendly and accommodating. Room was a nice size, and shower/bath were excellent. All very positive, except the wifi, which was terrible - could barely load a simple news webpage. Signal was fine, so I assume it was overloaded. Would be a disaster if you were relying on the wifi..
If you are looking to get any sleep, this is not the hotel for you. The seagulls will keep you up all night. The rooms are dated and worn. The food is average at best, as well as, the entertainment.
We loved this hotel in Dublin. We were centrally located, and the staff were so helpful. There is a Celtic show on sight that was amazing and a wonderful bar. We were delighted with the complimentary breakfast every morning; the scones were so yummy!!! We can't wait to go back!!
Loved staying here! Went to Dublin for St. Patrick’s Day and this hotel was near everything!! Short walk to Temple Bar, Jameson, Dublin Castle, Guinness and lots of shopping and bars!
