Wasnt great but ok, the best thing in this hotel is the location, they need to upgrade their wirless internet

Dear Guest, I'm extremely sorry about the Wi-Fi issues you encountered during your stay. With our previous internet setup it could be really hit or miss with connectivity, thus making it difficult for our front desk staff to come up with an effective resolution. Recently we had a major upgrade done to our hardware and software that addressed all the Wi-Fi issues our guests were having. We hope you decide to give us another chance in the future, and will look forward to your return.

IS NOT NUMBER ONE AS FAR AS SERVICE
It was smelly - and furniture old - bed bugs staff is not friendly at all - complains are not accepted so basically we anted to leave after the first day stay but hotel would not refund so we had to stay to not lose money

Worst hotel on Sheikh Zayed Road
We booked this hotel despite reading the mixed reviews . The location of the hotel Is good but the staff does not know what service is . Despite the fact , we walked and drove in and out of the hotel more than 10 times a day , we were always questioned if we stay here . Staff is unprofessional, wifi doesn’t work, our room lost electricity. When our room lost electricity, we were told it’s normal , I was quite suprised , I’ve been to Dubai more than 5 times , I’ve never experienced anything like this , manager lied about the electricity going out like it’s a normal thing because he thought it was our first time in Dubai , there’s a reason why only this hotel is never sold out on Sheikh Zayed Road

I have stayed at this hotel before and found it reasonably good. This time round there was not a single bottle of drinking water in the room or the fridge. A traveller coming in very later at night can hardly be expected to go out to buy water. The excuse given was that their restaurant was under renovation. That is an unacceptable reason. It would not cost the hotel to provide drinking water like other hotels and charge for it.

I have stayed at this hotel before and found that it was reasonably good. This time, I understand that they were remodelling their cafe area but that was no reason for there being not a single bottle of drinking water in the room or fridge. A traveller coming in late at night cannot be expected to go out and buy water. It would not cost the hotel much to provide at least a few bottles of drinking water like most others. Or at the very least provide a water dispenser on payment.
