We got the end room on 1st floor. The fridge didn't work (didn't cool ) and shower head kept sliding down so it was hard to take a shower. Overall the breakfast was fabulous and really really good. Lots of options and the best part of our stay. The staff were friendly.

Changed my room due to rooftop music, and the new room has sounds coming from electric breakers which were not fixed after raising the issue twice accross 2 days !

Bed bugs! I had to move rooms. Stained carpets throughout. Blood splotches on the duvet in my new room, most likely from bed bugs. Horrible!

Filthy, Terrible Service, Stay Away!!
I stayed at this hotel during a business trip because it was very close to the office I would need to visit. You get what you pay for and you don't get much. Filthy - I saw a cockroach on the breakfast area counter. I attached pictures. An employee was made aware as the cockroach was ducking under the counter and they just shrugged. Additionally, my room was very disgusting. The carpet had multiple stains, hair and what seemed like food crumbs. The shower was moldy and the bathroom wasn't very clean. The desk surface had spots of something that clearly stuck to the surface and the wall but hadn't been wiped clean. Terrible Service - I accidentally left a Starbucks paper bag with dates, cookies and souvenir at the front desk at check-in. I was woken up by a call past 11pm telling me I had left my carry on downstairs. I didn't have a carry on with me on this trip so I asked what do you mean. He said a bag with wheels, or at least that's what I heard. I told him I didn't have a carry on and said good night. The next day was busy with business meetings and only realized the following day the bag was missing. I reported it to the front desk and apologized I had been awoken by the call and mistakenly said it wasn't mine, that's on me. Finally, spoke to the guy who had called me and he informed me they had disposed of the bag as it contained "food". These were all industrially packed items and the bag contained a receipt with my name on it (duty free purchase), a value of US$55.

Its aging. Breakfast items recycled day after day. Bad view. Musty. Rooms probably have never felt fresh air. The bomb the lobby with sickly sweet fragrance. My throat hurt from the stay. Towels were stained. I think they charged some fee when i booked then collected again at check in. I could be wrong. Easy to find from metro. Have shuttle to mall and beach. Carpet was stained. I cant remeber if they had usb plugs or if i had to use tv.

Property was sufficient to my liking. It covered the basic necessities with cleanliness. Pleasant atmosphere and lobby was nice and wide open. Only issue was not much things to do around the hotel that I seen visually to do except restaurants across an intersection on opposite of a building in front of the hotel. But overall was very pleasant and hotel staff were great.

Avoid, the worst hotel ever.
This is absolutely the worst hotel I have ever stayed in by far. The hotel has a nightclub at the top floor so sleeping is impossible. We only found out that there is a nightclub 4 days into our stay as night staff is rude and keept lying about the issue. We changed room 4 times before and in each room you could dance at night. Not family friendly, not business friendly, absolute disaster of a hotel. There is so much competitive choice in Dubai so I am surprised this hotel is still open.
