Great value hotel.
Great hotel, great price, great location. Only issue was towels not being left following room cleaning. This was resolved by phoning reception to request same. Overall would recommend this hotel.

Short term stay ok, but need to improve breakfast
It's a good hotel, nice employees and large parking. The rooms are large but look like old, and the breakfast is very poor, just a couple of things to eat, for a four stars hotel the need to improve it.

It took so long for them to process the check-in. There were molds in the cover page of the menu. There was no hairblower in our room as it was out of stock, as they say. And, we had 1 guest who visited, they kept calling us until we give here ID, eventhough we informed them already that we will pass by the reception on our way out, after we finish getting ready. In the morning they called us again to remind us about our check-out time.

Stayed here for the second time and it's a great hotel. The staff is very helpful and friendly and you can't beat this location. The rooms are spacious and clean, there are stores and restaurants at a walkable distance and it takes less than 10 minutes to walk to the Mall of Emirates which is a big plus! Would definitely recommend!

Very Bad Experience, stayed there 2 times in 2 weeks, first visit staff informed me that extra water is chargeable and no fridge (mini bar) available. Second visit the same issue for mini bar and my information not updated in restaurant as I booked room with breakfast but reception did not update the system for 2 days, I will never stay in that hotel again. Service is very bad

The staff here is awesome. Will help with anything But….typical hotel room cleaning is an issue. Timing is bad. No towels at checkin and no supply of clean towels or linens. Usual replenishment of sundry goods not provided. No extras. Receptionists are excellent. Jeffrey excellent. I’ll stay again but I hope they fix their little issues.

No towels and clean at all in your room!
I cant believe in a four star hotel I was without towells everysingle day. No towells at all even if you call them four times no one try to help you. I feel is like abandonated hotel without any interest to make you feel good. The clean is very superficial they don’t change beds or clean in a deep way. They clean in two min and they left. I don’t know I didn’t expect this happen in a 4 star hotel. The service was very poor and you feel they get annoy only for ask for basic things like water or towells to clean yourself. I will never back in this hotel. They make you feel you are the one who owe them something.

This is the worst hotel I’ve ever been to. My room was never cleaned, the network is terrible, I had issues with getting a refund. I was charged on my card 3 times from the hotel, and this was the worst experience.

The first room I was placed in the bed was in two pieces and kept coming apart. It was a pain to change rooms however the bell man helped move our luggage once we packed it all up-which was nice. I requested a new room and they put us in another room.. the mattress was extremely firm, but we made do with it. One of the desk outlets didn’t work, so we couldn’t use it to charge our cell phones, also they didn’t provide a voltage adapter as stated in their book. This hotel is older and needs updating. The room service food wasn’t good, it didn’t have much flavor. However the Viper restaurant served good food. Also there was no “mini bar” as stated in the agreement just a very small sized refrigerator with no freezer.

The property is in good location near Emirate Mall. The hotel entrance is acceptable. The room is large with a shower and tub. The cold/hot mixing of water is poor. I had to report a problem in the toilet flush twice and beg for an extra towel. Towels are not changed daily
