It was very clean and the bed was comfortable, breakfast is highly recommended, mostly very quiet — but if you have a noisy neighbor they can be heard through the connecting door only. The taxi ride is short from the airport though a shuttle is available from T1. The adjacent mall is a short walk away inside and even offers a dental office with excellent service.

The waterfront view was lovely, the bed was comfortable, and cleanliness was excellent. Breakfast was amazing and staff members throughout the hotel and the adjacent hotel were pleasant and helpful. Walking inside to the mall was a short stroll. In its category, this is a fine hotel for families and excellent to take a few days en route to another destination as its location near the airport is handy. Be aware the shuttle works only for T1. And note too that the “free 10k surrounding area shuttle” no longer operates though taxis arrive soon after a request, which the hotel staff facilitates. Would recommend updating the website about that. However, would recommend soundproofing of some kind around the connecting doors as screaming could be heard from an adjacent room. Otherwise it was quiet and peaceful. A happy time.

This hotel reflected all other reviews and exceeded my expectations. It was a very quiet and peaceful stay with exceptional cleanliness in the rooms and entire property. Compliments to the chefs and all staff for the kind and respectful hospitality. Special shout out to Dipinder who’s housekeeping skills were top notch and went out of his way to greet us in the halls daily and asked if we needed anything more. I would definitely stay here again in the future and I had no idea there was a mall connected to the property until I got there which served us many purposes and of course convenience.

We were moved from the Crown Plaza Festival to the Intercontinental Hotel Festival Dubai City because our room was not ready to move in. Booking was made 3 months prior. We were very upset. But, when we saw our room there, we were very happy! Very beautiful place to stay, very clean, very nice and kind staff. So delicious breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Highly recommend the Intercontinental Hotel Festival Dubai City and would love to stay again!

I went to Dubai to celebrate a milestone birthday. When I tell you, from the moment, I walked in the staff was helpful and generous. I was upset up on arrival because of the private taxi company at the airport told me that Crowne Plaza didn’t have a shuttle service & price gauged us for a grip for a 5 minute ride. Please call them & verify first before giving into the pressure. The front desk staff could see I was visibly upset, & offered an upgrade. It didn’t put my money back in my pocket, but it was a sweet spot to land. The staff was extremely accommodating to all of our needs, big and small

Excellent arrival process allowing early check because of our flight change. Disappointed with the waterfront view from the 7th floor due to building works which we were not advised which seemingly created a lot of dust and dirt covering the windows so our view was in secured. Bathroom blind stopped working after 2 days. Breakfast and dinner plan we took was excellent value. Staff outside the hotel front organising taxis were next to useless.
