Worst hotel i have ever been to. The mattresses were covered with white bed spread but when we pulled out the bedspreads we discovered black mold on the mattresses. Water from the shower leaked all over the bathroom floor. Staff either doesnt have any sense of hygiene or are poorly trained. They use the same mop to wipe the floors of the bedrooms as well as the toilet floor! Will never book here or even recommend. It was a nightmare. We were so jet lagged that we didnt have the energy to look for another hotel. This place was bad!

Please do not book this hotel We got 1 bedroom suite here with kitchen and on day 2, elevator was closed due to rain water flooded on 2 floors We didn't get towels in room. After requesting 7 times we got it on next day and those were not even clean towels Bedroom sheets were also dirty Furniture was very old and dirty kitchen utensils were very old and dirty. even gas stove was dirty Staff was good and helped to accomodate room change. But hotel owner really need to upgrade everything. Overall experience was very bad. Will not suggest anyone to book this hotel

Within a stay of 8-9 nights the hotel changed towel only once and when asked for towels they refused to change towels. A lot of cockroaches were there in studio room, specially the kitchen area. Bathing cubical is so small that you could not even rub the soap on your body

Not recommended
Pathetic service. Sikander and his colleagues were absolutely not interested in attending any guest. They took more than 15 mins just to locate the booking. Once they got the booking after that they were short on key access card to enter the room.

The location was good. The room and size was very good. However, amenities were only average at best. Coffee pot didn’t work. TV cable box had to be completely replaced. And the house keeping would not do a thorough cleaning. Some things they just left messy. Very strange. But overall…I liked the place. I would stay there again.

Place is well located near to metro station and a super market. Staff is courteous. But place is not maintained. Beds are in terrible condition, you can only get lukewarm water in shower - it never is hot. Rooms are not cleaned properly, you will notice hair on floor. Towels are missing and if found, they are average. Otherwise yeah, room has got the amenities shown in description.

When we were checking in, the room wasnt ready. No one at the desk was wearing a mask, i complained to expedia about failiure of covid protocols, later when checked in my wife found a cockroach in the closet, and hair stuck on the bathroom floor, we didnt find the area safe either. I immediately complaint to expedia and they promised they will get us a full refund for the room and we left the property right away and booked a different hotel through expedia again. Hope to see my refund soon. Thanks

Avoid! Cant believe Tulip allows such a place to carry their name. Dirty and full of cockroaches. Got to room and had stains & hair on bed, was problem for staff to change. During 4 day stay didn’t clean place once nor change towels or linen. All furnishing are old and lots broken (stove, microwave & washing machine). Was no cups / glasses - I went and bought my own. Internet was interrupted everyday. Only choose this because of tulip name, will not be back and understand their no refund policy!

Wonderful stay at Tulip hotel apartment
I had an amazing stay at Tulip hotel apartment for 13 nights. The location was very convenient, the apartment was spacious and very comfortable, the staff were very helpful and kind, especially at the reception, Eman and Ibtehej, I had a free upgrade to a one bedroom apartment. I recommend Tulip to anyone.

Hotel Condition is Very Poor and Blinds are broken and the Sofa is so derty that you have to think twice to sit on the Couch. Wall clock was NOT working or the Dishes in Kitchen are Not clean or Burnt. Totally It was NOT worth for $40/Day + 10 AED Per day Tourist Charges. Will Never rent a room again and will NOT recommend to any of my Family OR Friends

I was so unhappy as we went to the hotel with my friends to have a staycation and we were expecting that we will enjoy our stay because we went there to enjoy especially the pool access but sad to say that it was not available. And the room was ok its just that the curtains are not clean and the balcony. The space of the bathroom was not that big.

Still fine
The hotel is fine but not as fine as last time we stayed here 3 years ago. It looks as though they are not keeping completely up with the maintenance like they used to.
