Hotel was located near to plenty of supermarkets, food places & coffee shops that were open for 24 hours. Near the metro as well which was easy for us to get around

Elevator was slow, took forever to open which had a Total of 4 elevators in each floor. I waited for cleaner to come but I guess they show up on their schedule, but overall I like the hotel, especially their breakfast, it was so delicious!

I told the property that I was unable to come to Dubai due to the floods. They did not show any sympathy and did not try to offer a refund or a future stay.
