Nice hotel in a quiet environment
Hotel is located in a quiet area with lots of parking choices, either in hotel garage or on the street. Nearby hotel less than 5 mins walk is a nice restaurant with local German food recommended by front desk.

A nice hotel- great value, friendly staff
The front desk staff was wonderfully friendly and helpful giving written directions to town by train, the breakfast brunch very good and waitstaff attentive. The room at first glance seemed very clean, but there were large food crumbs behind the front door, cobwebs on two different walls, and some rooms more updated than others (we had 2 - one of them had a nespresso machine the other a cooktop and kettle)

Old hotel, old garage where scratches on your car are expected. Our room was a non refurbished old 70s, with a chewing gum attached under a table.

Excellent stay!
We had a wonderful stay here. Even though we checked in very late, the entire staff was extremely helpful. They have an amazing spread of the breakfast too. Parking was a slight issue as we had a bigger car, but there’s was ample street parking available. This place is also close to the Palace and other attractions.

Quite and comfortable
The Hotel staff are friendly and helpful. Tram tickets are available in the Reception and they have maps to give you directions wherever you want to go. They have postcards and stamps so you don't have to waste time going to post office. Great service. The room was spacious and comfortable.

Pleasant stay
Great hotel for family rates. Has a play room for children. Away from downtown attractions but train stops real close to hotel. If driving takes about 10 minutes.

Clean and quiet
We booked a family room (a separate suite and another full size/queen bed) that was quite spacious, especially by European standards, and offered at a good rate. The building itself feels a little tired, but all was clean and worked well. The neighborhood is quiet, but had little to do. We arrived late (10:00 pm) and couldn't find any restaurants open, including the hotel restaurant. The hotel is easy to find, however, and the staff were very helpful. I would stay here again.

Awesome family trip, really
The hotel was perfect, spacious and well furnished. It even has a balcony. It's located near quick eats, grocery store and the tram line for a short ride downtown. Though there were only five of us, the room could have comfortably accommodated six. For a real nice touch, free coffee was provided in the morning. The front desk also carry stamps and tram tickets.

Very easy to find by auto arrival. Excellent streetcar access to downtown Dresden. Garage parking. Very helpful staff. Can purchase public transport tickets st desk. Simple friendly clean comfort and value.

Very good hotel. We had a great experience. The breakfast was very good and the staff very friendly. It is a very Child-friendly place. I will go there again. Always there is room for improvement: One of the light bulbs in the bathroom was burned out. Moreover, the hand-wash liquid in the bathroom was also out. There was some strange noise in the bathroom and there was no A/C.

I'll stay again
Upon arrival to the train station, we thought it was too far from the center. But the direction we got at the hotel as much easier. Big room, clean, quiet, good bed, etc. Everythign was good. Except the dinner was not so good. There is only one restaurnat near by. It gets full soon. We heard from other people it was very good local German food restaurant.

The room is quiet, clean, and very comfortable. The staff is very helpful and friendly. The breakfast (11 euro/person) was superb!! Best of all, the Oma restaurant across the street is fantastic. We went there twice to sampled very authentic local cousins. Overall, we were very well treated. The price is cheaper than the ones close to the old city. But the hotel is 5-min. walking from the tram station. The supermarket is 3-min. away. We definitely will stay here next time we visit Dresden.

Sauberkeit Top, Freundlichkeit absolut Top! Schade, dass wir keinen kleinen Kühlschrank mehr auf dem Zimmer hatten. Stattdessen stand nur ein Körbchen auf der Ablage mit leckeren Chips und anderen verführerischen kleinen Snacks, bezeichnet als „Minibar“, die natürlich einen stolzen Preis haben. Mit Kindern unterwegs, ist es sehr schwer diesen Leckereien zu widerstehen. Meiner Meinung nach, sollten diese ungesunden Snacks dort aber nicht stehen. Stattdessen eine Flasche Wasser, oder mehr Auswahl an Teesorten wäre bei weitem sinnvoller. Leider verfügte unser Zimmer/Appartement über keinen Balkon. Die Lage des Hotels ist gut, zur Straßenbahn nur wenige Meter. Auch ein Lidl befindet sich in der Nähe. Raucherplätze gibt es keine. Ein Aschenbecher steht nur direkt am Eingang.

Utanför centrum men bra
Bra hotell en bit från centrum, en av stan bästa restauranger ligger i närheten. Bra rum men väldigt varmt på sommaren utan AC, de hade ställt in fläktar tack och lov. Frukosten var helt ok. Vi parkerade gratis på gatan utanför. Snabb in- och utcheckning.

Das Hotel war sehr sauber. Allerdings auch schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Das Frühstück war sehr reichhaltig und liebevoll. Es wurde ständig nachgelegt. Wir hatten ein Familienzimmer. Darin gab es eine komplette Küche. Das Personal war sehr freundlich.

Gutes Stadthotel mit grossen Zimmern
Das Hotel ist zwar etwas in die Jahre gekommen, vor allem die Garage, aber die Zimmer sind geräumig und gut eingerichtet. Badezimmer könnten mal wieder erneuert werden, aber insgesamt sauber. Frühstück ist super, die Lage ebenfalls.
