"Since day 1 the front desk was always empty we always have to wait to ask for anything for breakfast they were always rude or nobody answer at all. For cleaning people were knocking the door at 7 am to clean already and get mad if we didn’t leave the room right away. We have the worst experience regarding customer service and management we have been calling daily to get some items that were left at the room and every time e we call the manager is out or the manger is done for the day or on his day off but nobody can do nothing and for being such a big company I can’t believe there is no manager on a daily basis it is frustrating how can nobody seem to help at all. Not going back to any of there hotels."

"This is an absolutely beautiful hotel. The front staff was insanely helpful with us choosing the best room for our stay, and the hotel offers complimentary checked bags which was great for those of us checking out at 11 and our flight not until the evening. If I ever make it back to SLC, will absolutely return here! Watching the sunrise over the mountains for our bed was a highlight."
